Come in for the wait and stay for the passive aggressive customer abuse. I put in an online order on Sunday for pick up at 12:25. I popped in at 12:24 and have no problem waiting they looked busy.
At 12:45 I approached the counter and an employee, which I named in my customer complaint, half yelled at me 10 feet away what I needed. I told him my order. Did not bother to look at me, did not greet me in any other way. He informed me that the family meals are not set out with the regular meals, but mine was not ready anyways. Did not bother to give me a wait time just promptly ignored me again.
So I love standing there awkwardly waiting. at 12:52 he came out with my meal, not a "hey sorry about the wait" just nothing. Again my complaint is about the eye rolling and bad customer experience. He really should get another job if he hates it here so much. He would be much happier in life.

Read moreI work for a delivery service. I came in today to pick up an order. The order was late by more than 5 minutes. I was patiently waiting. When the manager brought out a bag, I thought it was mine, it wasn't and she told me they were still working on it. I said that was okay, but did she know how much longer it would be on the order, she cut me off and looked at me like I was harassing her and said "they are working on it now" and I said, "oh I know, do you know how much longer though" she cut me off again to answer again that they were working on it. I have a job to do. I have to inform doordash and my customer when orders are delayed. I was doing my job by asking. I'm also a customer when I am not working. I won't be back to this location. It was busy, but I was friendly, patient and understanding. Your customer had to wait for another delivery driver because I left and unassigned. I won't be back to eat or deliver. Read moreWe ordered food from this Qdoba and the service was a complete joke. They charged us $34 for three dishes that did not include any beans. Every dish we ordered says it comes with beans and I ended up eating a veggie burrito that just had brown rice and gauc. $8.15 for a rice burrito? Huh? Then the manager refused to give me a full refund even though they messed up every dish that we ordered. So I got the worst service I have ever got in Sioux Falls when they messed up all of the orders in my family and then refused to refund our money. I will never go to Qdoba as long as I live. Chipotle is way better quality and service and they pay their workers better too. This place is a joke.
