After working a 12 hour shift I just wanted to come home, wind down, not worry with cooking my dinner so I decided to order a pretty solid choice, Buffalo Wild Wings. I tend to over order more food than I can actually eat, so when I saw my Grubhub tab (before tip) was $75 for a single person, I decided to take off the Steak & Cheese Sub, which I’ve never had but was excited to try. Removed that item, added my driver tip for the low low price of $65 for dinner. You know how some places have watery sauces for their wings? Not Bdubs, it’s that thick, juicy sauce you finger lick. I would have loved it if they had actually included my wings that I paid for in my order. They did include the ranch though, just wish I had the wings I ordered to dip in that ranch. No worries, I’m sure regardless, I probably ordered too much food anyways. I just went on Grubhub, reported the problem and was refunded. Good thing I got the Triple Bacon Cheeseburger as a backup. After taking one big bite, my immediate thought was how disappointing the quality was due to the over-cooked dried out meat. It was a few chews in the 2nd thought came about. But there’s no way that’s true right? I gotta open up this sandwhich to make sure… yup… NO bacon on my triple bacon cheeseburger. Back to Grubhub, I pulled that trigger too early apparently, but no recourse for that issue. And wait… hold up… it then dawned on me… this burger…. This TRIPLE BACON cheeseburger only has TWO pieces of overcooked dried out meat. Now listen. I’m no SpaceX engineer. But what I DO know is that a TRIPLE BACON cheeseburger SHOULD come with 3 burger patties AND bacon. But ok… ok… calm down you have the potato wedge fries you paid extra for as a side it’s all good. If I hadn’t had got the little chunk pieces at the bottom of the bag that’s basically deep fried carbon chunks and not potatoes. Just cover the solid crunchy balls in the ranch and just pretend. O… the pretzel bites were ok. By ok I just mean like I actually got them and they were warm at best. Definitely NOT what I’m used to getting. But after working a long day and just wanting to come home to a good dinner, to say I was disappointed is an understatement. Fun thing to think about, the average Buffalo Wild Wings worker would have to work a little over 4.5 hours to make enough money, after taxes, to afford the meal that I paid for. We wonder why people are picky about where , when and how much they eat out. If you’re in that tax bracket would you think nearly 5 hours of work is worth trading for missing items, poor quality, subpar food? No worries tho Grubhub gave me a $15 credit so it’s...
Read moreThe to-go here has never been fantastic but today’s experience was really bad and makes me not want to come back for to-go or dine in again either if they treat you like the scum on their shoe for a to-go order. (Edit: I filled out the online form- have not heard anything from them).
I placed an order online and arrived 2 min before the ready time. Once an employee finally came by, she said they were still working on it- ok, fine, they were pretty busy. Another 12+ min went by (past the ready time I ordered it for) and then after asking again, finally the food came out and was told they were out of the chicken sandwich and just put the tenders on the bun like a sandwich, and “we had no way to contact you because the online system doesn’t give us that”- Hmmm, no way to contact me in the 14 minutes I was literally STANDING RIGHT THERE WAITING while you said my order was still in progress?!?!? Sure…. Also, I’m sure the online system does show the phone (since I had to enter that)- it probably just requires doing a minute of work to look.
Then, I realized they forgot the second entree in my order and sauce- had to ask for that. They got that. No apologies for these issues so far- the wrong entree, the lack of asking me if I’d maybe rather have one of the other lunch specials rather than slapping tenders onto the bun instead of the chicken slaw sandwich I ordered, and missing the second entree/sauce.
I got that and left…only to realize they never gave me the drink included with my lunch special order either!
TERRIBLE service, bad attitude, no apologies or offer to make it right for all the issues, and a wait plus missing/wrong items….and the food also was not warm!
There’s a lot of other places that don’t treat me like the dirt on their shoe just because I ordered to go instead of dine in, and I will support those...
Read moreThis was the first time ordering from this location. They do have great deals throughout the week if you order on the app, so I decided to place an order. However, I didn't take advantage of the buy one burger and get another free deal on Mondays, but I did order a burger. The app is pretty straight forward and I was told my order would be available to pick up within 30mins of ordering. I thought this wasn't bad at all considering the College Football National Championship was about to air, and I figured they would be packed from people wanting to come in and grab dinner and watch the football game. When I arrived I was surprised to find out my order was not only not ready, but they were unable to find the ticket or locate my order. I was informed that I must have placed the order at another location, but I insisted that I hadn't . I pulled up the app and the person waiting on me apologized, and informed me they would get the the bottom of it. 15 mins later I was able to pick up my food. However, my order was incorrect as far as what I requested for as toppings on my burger. No big deal though as I could just take those items off, but for those that may have allergies I could see this being a bigger area of concern. The fries were not great and were ice cold. I was surprised that the food in general was cold considering I had to wait longer for the order to be completed. I will give this location another chance, but I will make sure it will be for...
