Subway — Restaurant in Waynesboro

IT WAS HORRIBLE. WENT last night Saturday 7-24@ 6:50pm almost b4 closing and I requested one of the new Sandwich with turkey/bacon& avocado special? The lady working there said on bread that's being advertised? I said sure as she said wheat bread? I asked for trimming but the bread did not look fresh when she pulled out of oven? It did not look fresh but old...anyway got home n the sandwich was so tuff it was horrible...Been calling store all morning and no answer at both stores as she said she opens one and last night closing on main Street last night. I even asked if we were allowed to tip and she said," yes as she gave me her story of over worked by both stores. I felt bad so I gave her some money as it was not just $1 but a few?? How can anyone serve old wrinkled bread like she did? I've gone to Subway on main Street in pass and their bread always looked fresh and plumped...not at the Walmart subway?? Review Really bad TUFF TUFF BREAD..BAD PART IN ORDER TO GET REIMBURSED I have to drive all the way to store since no one answers phone on either store. PS DONT ORDER NEW SANDWICH AT THAT STORE NO TELLING HOW OLD...

When we walked up, the young lady instantly rolled her eyes as she was sitting down eating. We were still standing partially in WalMart contemplating if we wanted to go in after that....

I wish we wouldn't have. The young lady was absolutely rude, slammed everything, rolled her eyes every time we said something. You could see her hand prints on our bread from grabbing it so hard. Asked for extra ranch and she just closed the sandwich to cut it and wrap it.

We come here at minimum, 4 times a month and spend a good amount of money as we are a family of 7. But we definitely will...

Actually it should be -5 stars. She was rude also put bacon on my sub that was not fully cook. I really did not want food poisoning with my sub. My sub was not toasted right. Threw veggies on my sub. Wrapped my sub and tossed it on the counter. Didn't even get a bag, napkin, or thank you. Also no choice in bread. I paid over $9.00 for this sub. Don't worry next time I will go somewhere else. This is extremely poor customer service and absolutely no skills in basic food preparation. You should never serve half cooked bacon to people. Perhaps a visit from the...
