McDonald's — Restaurant in Waynesboro

Changes need to be made here. My visit today was absolutely horrid. I came in at about 3:30PM with my boyfriend. We ordered and sat down, and only a minute or so later a group of loitering teenagers from the after school crowd were snapping pictures of my boyfriend, making a point to make fun of him and making sure we were aware of it. Making rude comments towards him, and myself. Sat for a couple minutes, then food was being thrown and these kids were wrestling and jumping in the booths. Kept my mouth shut but when I was getting ready to use the women's restroom the two girls in the group went in, and then the BOYS that were with them went right into the women's restroom. My boyfriend complained to a clerk and a manager, and absolutely NOTHING was done about this. A clerk came around the corner and took a quick glance, then walked away. That is all. This is absolutely unacceptable. Paying customers who are coming for a meal and to enjoy themselves are unable to eat their meals peacefully because of these loitering high schoolers. I like to come here and get a meal every now and then. The food is good, I'm pretty regular here, but I have no desire to come back here until things are changed....

Update 2025, never any receipt paper in the kiosk to print a receipt. They never give a cup when you order a drink, they just pop out from behind their privacy wall and drop the bag on the counter and scurry away as fast as they can so you can't talk to them.

So as you'd expect from a fast food chain restaurant, the quality and accuracy of every one of my orders has been very inconsistent. I'm positive that every time I order a Happy Meal for my son (which isn't too often) they have forgotten his chocolate milk or French fries with every order. On one occasion I ordered a triple cheeseburger and received a hamburger. It's pretty sad about the inaccuracy. It's not hard to double-check the computer screen in front of them to ensure they prepped it correctly. But the fact is they mess it up almost every time I order something. Why do I go back? I have no clue. It's not even great food at all. If I could give ZERO...

I have ordered many Fish meals and my order has been messed up so many times I asked for my fish sandwiches plain no cheese and no tartar sauce on my fish sandwiches and cheese and tartar sauce are on my fish sandwiches when I get my order. Also I ask for a large French fries and a large sprite I get a medium French fries and a medium sprite. I have order pancakes with sausage and two extra sausage patties and 4 Hashbrowns I get one sausage pattie and one hashbrown. Also I have asked for no eggs on the platter with my pancakes and sausage they give eggs. They messed my orders up too many times. I would not recommend going to Waynesboro McDonald's. I recommend going to Greencastle, Hagerstown and Frederick to McDonald's. Bad management and rude employees. They need to get better people to work at Waynesboro McDonald's and to pay more attention to people's orders. I get really mad when my orders...
