I hesitated leaving this review, I hate leaving negative reviews, only about 4-5 in thousands I've done. Overall I have to say, the food's not bad at all, but the hygiene was a very very lacking. The counter look like it had grease smeared all over it, with handprints, and what looked like slime on it. When they handed us our cups they put them face down on all that grease. My wife politely said she didn't want the cup because it was rubbed across all that filthy grease, he just picked it up, and threw it on the floor behind him. The guy cooking in the back had his pants around his ankles. I'm talking I can see his entire underwear and his legs his pants were so low. The trash was filled up to the top. And most of the tables for dirty, even though there was only two people eating inside. There was water and soda and trash all over the drink area. Many items, haven't had them months, they said there's only one kids meal. But they keep advertising the other two options. Asked why it's still clearly posted on the wall, he said they stopped serving them over 3 months ago and aren't allowed to take down the sign. In order to get the hamburger they wanted, just had to get a regular adult meal for the kids. Trash clearly visible problem on the floor and the counters in the back where they were cooking, you could see it from the front. Bathroom has a code on the women's door, not the guys. Which is weird, women tend to be the ones that don't need monitored. Just a weird, dirty experience overall. Not very representative...

I would've given a higher rating, except...one employee, Brandi Linsiby, is extremely rude and needs to go. We were trying to place our order, and the little cashier girl (still in training...2nd day on the job, I understand), asked for help...TWICE!! My husband, trying to get the attention of this older lady, Brandi, (who was busy gossiping--not job related at all) turned, with the hatefullest look on her face , and demanded to know what he wanted. I truly thought she was going to come across that counter and start a fight!! She then looked at me and demanded to know what I wanted to drink with my breakfast combo, because, she hatefully said...it's priced for coffee as the drink. Soft drink is 17 censts more!!!! I really should have turned around and walked out, but the 2 cashiers, Kesha and Lacey, were just as sweet as they could be. Kesha even came over to our table and apologized profusely. Kesha told the GM, Jennifer, about the encounter and she came over and apologized. Jennifer has a tough job. She is super professional, extremely pleasant and very customer -oriented. I really thought that Brandi would apologize!! She was the one who was rude, acted inappropriately and unprofessional. She should NOT be working with the public!!!! Keeping her employed will only cause Hardee's to lose customers. ......and I was in a good mood when I went in there! Ouch. ...
