Subway — Restaurant in Waynesville

I have came here a few times and wasn't really impressed. But after today I will not be going to this specific subway restaurant. I ordered a sub on flat bread, toasted. I ordered it to go. When I got home to eat my sub, my bread was so hard on the edges and even the center of the bread. It was so hard that when I broke off one of the hard pieces, you could literally hear it break like a cracker. It was not burnt. I know it wasn't because it was toasted because I get the same sandwich every time I go to Subway and I have for years, and even at different locations. I believe they gave me stale bread! Gave them one star because there is no option for negative stars. Looked at the hours online and it said closing at 9:00pm. I went in the place at exactly 7:37 pm and was told they were closed. I told the employee that was just standing around that the closing time online was 9 and they need to change that if it’s not the case. I went on into Walmart and got a needed item and as I was walking out the door at 7 minutes until 8, there were 2 employees beginning to pack up the food. They could have at least made 3 more sandwiches in that time. I refuse to go back in that Subway even though it is only 2 miles...

live in sylva btw- got dinner on the way home from work. Ordered meatball and steak and cheese. All the toppings were switched. So chipotle south west sauce (extra) and everything else that was suppose to be on the steak and cheese was on the meatball.
