My partner and I decided to go to this TB under the condition that the lobby was open, since I just purchased a new vehicle and don't want to eat in it. It was about 10pm at this point, and I know some places shut the lobby, but I didn't find anything online about it and upon arrival we don't see anything on the door saying it shuts. We arrive and the lobby SEEMS open, the lights are on, and the door is unlocked. I think, great, it is open, we can eat here! We go in, place our order via the kiosk, and multiple employees make eye contact and do not say anything to us as we find a seat and sit down. I notice this one employee is staring at us pretty much the entire time, but I assumed it was nothing. They call our name and we grab the food, SIT BACK DOWN, unpack it and I notice I am missing part of my order, so I kindly tell a lady on staff (the same one who was staring). She says my whole order should be in the bag, so I say it is not, and I offer to bring the bag AND receipt back over. She then calls another employee over, and they spend like 3 minutes looking over my order on the screen instead of just looking at my receipt. The lady she brought over then states that the lobby is closed and we need to take the food and leave. The employee I originally spoke to states that she had no clue why we were inside the restaurant, and asks how we got in (despite her seeing us walk in and place our order on the Kiosk). I didn't feel like arguing over it, but I told her the door was unlocked and that is how we got in (because how else would we have lol?, we didn't climb through the damn drive thru). We decided just to take the food and leave instead of arguing with her, but she was rude and seemed to be argumentative about it. I understand if the lobby is closed, I had no problem with that, but the way it was handled was not right. I would have been okay if they just said something BEFORE we placed the order instead of just staring at us, and honestly, if we knew the lobby was closed, we would have chosen to...
Read moreI wish I Didn't even have to leave one star. It has been 3 times now that they have messed up my order and I finally thought I would call them and speak to them about it. I asked for the manager on duty and I spoke to a woman named Brianna. Not only did they get my complete order wrong and I didn't have food to feed my children that night because they wanted Taco Bell that night but when I called I was met with the worst attitude from a manager I have ever encountered. I tried to explain to her what had went wrong with my order and this person who claims to be a manager actually hung up on me and then screened my calls for the next 10 minutes. I can not wait to talk to 1 800 Taco Bell to let them know the way that Waynesville Taco bell is being ran and handled. I know I would be surely ashamed of myself if I had to represent a company as their manager but I spoke to The customer as she did. I finally did get ahold of somebody else who also claims to be a manager And this man said I could come back and bring my food and get new food in replace but who in the world would now trust that they were getting anything that actually resembles food anyway. Thank you Brianna but I think you need a lot more training to actually call yourself a manager of any store convenience store or ...
Read moreMessed up my order. Instructed me that I could come get missing item in said order. I voluntarily went back at 10pm. I added a nacho ff and fresca drink. Which I very much intended to pay for. Minus the steak burrito that original order was missing. I got to the window and very apologetically stated I forgot my entire wallet. I was driving my husband's car. I again, in the most polite way explained I will only take the burrito. These two women running drive thru were very unprofessional and rude on another level. I get home and decide I would like the name of the store manager. I was hung up on. I proceeded to call back and no answer. I called continuously 24 times, no answer. I am very regular customer at this location as I live 2 minutes away. I can guarantee I will not return. I was in the service industry many years. I have managed a crew of my own. In any circumstance should this lack of professionalism and customer service be acceptable. Cookout is right across the street. And a lot cheaper. I will be following up with this store manager as soon as I can get in touch. Obviously calling isn't an option because you're hung up on very rudely. I also have saved my call log to have documentation. Just a nasty...
