My wife and I wanted to have custom shadow box frames made to display our daughter's (1) college diploma, cap, tassel and picture walking the stage and (2) her high school (Early College) diploma, AA diploma, AS diploma with her Senior picture. Josey, department manager in framing, was VERY helpful in making our ideas into a reality. She spent a great amount of time with us getting each item in the perfect place, balancing them inside the frame area. After completing the work up, she then showed us a digital picture of how the completed projects would look with the color mat behind it. This absolutely sold us! After ordering and personally putting both frames together, Josey let us know they both were ready to pick up. WOW! It was better than our expectations!! Josey came through better than flying colors!! She spent extra time to make sure these were done to the best of her ability. When we present these to our daughter, who knows nothing about this, she will be ecstatic! We will definitely recommend Josey and Michaels to anyone who wants something special to display those...

Whole bunch of empty shelves and was charged full price for about 8 different things I should've gotten on sale price. Made a special trip out here bc it's the closest craft store to where I live! Was followed around the store by 2 different employees, like I was going to steal something, ( BTW I spent over$250! ) I was very offended! If it wasn't so far to go elsewhere, I would've spent my money somewhere else! Probably won't go back unless I have to. I found out it's better to order it online and go pick it up! That way, it's already paid for and ready when you arrive! I also have "capital one shopper online extension" that gives me the best sale prices! Added to my membership with Michael's, I'm always saving a good amount of money with each transaction! Michael's membership will also build up vouchers, which will also take more money off the total amount. Those are earned by your purchases but they do expire after so long. So much happier with this place using the app! I'm in and out now and no ride associates to follow me...
