placed a mobile order at 1:10. arrived around 1:18 knowing my food would not be ready yet seeing my order said 1:24. watched the entire team focus on in store guests without worrying about the several mobile orders that were waiting. the whole point of a mobile order is that it’s prioritized over walk ins. it’s now 1:30 and I’m continuing to watch them focus on in store guests after I asked if they could start mine. just a display of poor management, which I unfortunately cannot clearly see anyone who even remotely looks...

I ordered a huge pick up order for my wedding party for our wedding day but accidentally put the wrong date for pick up. I called early in the morning and someone answered assured me that they would have the order ready for the correct day and they did! Fantastic service, sandwiches were all perfect with their modifications and apparently this was their first weekend they were open! Thank you for fixing my mistake and feeding my hungry...

Accidentally came on the first night. The place was packed and I STILL got my food so fast and with great service. The to go ladies were very kind and seemed unphased by the crowd. The man running the register spoke very kindly to all the workers and kept the mood high. He absolutely deserves a raise.

And of course, great food. I've never had a bad Jersey Mike's experience. Can't beat the chicken...
