I went to check out the new TacoBell only to find it sucks. I ordered two vegetarian black bean crunchwraps and confirmed twice that I wanted the vegetarian option. The gal at the window was super sweet and apologized for a minuscule delay with my food. Once I got home and bit into my food I realized that I had just eaten beef and NOT the black bean option I had ordered. My husband called the store and spoke with Josh who insisted that we were wrong and he himself, God of the TacoBell had made the order and he was positive that he made the order with black beans. VERY SLOW! dirty floors and dirty tables. Had to ask for sauce. Condiments station was empty. My taco was soggy and had to eat it with a fork. Looks like improper training or just lack of work ethic. This brand new Taco Bell won't make it!

Second visit! Ordered on app 20 mins before I arrived and still had to wait 30 more mins in the dining room for my order. What is going on at Taco Bell?!?!? Why couldn't I place my order with an actual person? Just screen to order from. There are NO menu's up where you can look at what you may want to order. This place is for teenagers only it seems! I actually had to drive through the drive through, get our order and then take our food into the dining area.
