UScellular & T-Mobile Store — Local services in Weaverville

I always have a good experience at the Weaverville store. The shared parking lot is sometimes lacking vacancy, and I wish they had later hours, but they usually get done what I need to do.

Wait times aside, I've found the employees engaging and generous with tech tips and performance issues.

I do miss the repair window and I miss the host, who could take payments and deal with simple requests...but that seems to be the reduced-service business model of the moment...everywhere.

My US Cell service stinks when I'm in Ohio...and multitudinous calls to customer service hasn't improved it. At home, though, the service is way better than Verizon...and in fact, the only provider that performs in our very rural environment (although sending and receiving text messages is worse for us since they redirected our closest tower).

So....better than Verizon and really our only choice, as At&T and T-Mobile don't work out here at all. And we're in the Weaverville store a few times per year. I might have left unhappy a few times, but the complaint would be with the corporation itself rather than the mostly charming staff members at the...

Got a new phone. Volume broken.had to yse on speaker from beginning. Brought in twice. Told fixes yet wasnt. Then told too late to exchange. Waited 11 months for eligible upgrade double storage phone for a penny. Told could return next day after deciding between two phones. Meaning told to think on it and come back next day. I did and told penny sale over and sorry the employee misinformed u then told me i could buy a phone which i was unable to besides for a penny. So my birthday messed up as well as had promised another my old phone plys noe have to keep searching again for the next promo. I now dont trust either store nor 611 as they twll u what u want to hear then next person says sorry. They were wrong ans this just hapoenes this week about my data gave me wrong info and now stuck on dial up speed for a month as well as on year old phone that...

Wife spoke to sales manager Billy Marrow Mount returning an accessory that she was not satisfied with because it broke within 10 days. Back of the receipt States you have 15 days if not satisfied Is guaranteed they will refund or exchange. She explained to him that the glass was not what she was told it would be and wanted to get her money back. He said they would not do it because it was broke that was the reason why she was not satisfied with it it broken lesson 10 days. Long story short they will not backup with what's printed on the back of their receipts no matter what you say to them they will not stand behind their own return exchange policy. Be careful what you buy from this location they will not stand behind...
