To say I'm severely disappointed is an understatement. Stopped in with my husband (I've never been to a BoJangles before and have always wanted to try, but I've never seen one in Missouri where I'm from) so he stopped in for me to try it. First off, the girl at the register has the attitude of a wet mop. She did not smile, and frankly acted like she would rather be anywhere else but there. Did not have a customer service attitude in the slightest. We ordered our food and my husband went to the restroom while I tried to find a seat, but every table except 1 was filthy or the chairs to that table were. Finally found a bench seat table that seemed clean so I sat down. I went to the restroom while my husband was getting our food when it was ready, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Upon returning to our table I was getting ready to eat, and my chicken was really dry like it had been made hours prior, biscuit was disgusting, Mac and cheese left a lot to be desired, honestly I didn't even finish my meal. And while sitting there in disappointment, we started looking around and noticed that the walls had dried sauces and other food on them, as well as the floors and tables. The benches have a space under the backboard which had food lined from one end to the other, and a straw on my side that wasn't visible if you were standing up. Food down every the line of every window. All in all, my first experience at a BoJangles was a horrible one. I will probably never eat at one again because of this experience. Read moreI'd give this zero stars, if I could. Worst Bojangles ever! All the ones I've been to in the past have always been very quick and efficient. I made the mistake of going in, but figured it would be quick because I was the only person in line. I had to wait 15 minutes for a bacon biscuit!! Another customer came in after I'd been waiting 10 minutes and ordered 2 dozens sausage biscuits. I said to her, quite loudly, "good luck with that - I've been waiting 10 minutes for a bacon biscuit." At that point, one of the employees told me they were cooking the bacon. Had they told me that at the beginning, I would have left and gone elsewhere. It took more than 15 minutes to get my biscuit and they didn't even make it right - I ordered double bacon and I got the regular amount of bacon. Another guy came in for an app order of Bo-Berry biscuits and apparently they had to make those as well. He waited as long as I did, so longer if you include the time he entered the order on the app and drove over. Read moreMy mom and I were visiting from Tennessee. Her blood sugar dropped to 59, so we stopped to get something to eat. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo and I thought a bacon chicken sandwich combo. We pulled over in the parking lot to eat and we had the grilled combo and an order of gravy and biscuits. I went back to the window and asked for the bacon chicken sandwich instead of the biscuits and gravy. The young lady wanted to argue with me that I had not ordered that. I told her that I would pay the difference but I wanted the sandwich. The next thing I know, the female manager appeared at the window and wanted to know what was going on. I repeated myself once again. Instead of just taking care of it. she was very hostile and aggressive. When she left the window we could hear her talking about me to the other employees. Apparently, she thought I wanted something for free. I did receive the sandwich finally. My mother was terribly upset by this scene. She is 85 years old and we had just wanted a pleasant day out.
