Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Weaverville

When in asked for thin crust cheese and then crust pepperoni walked out didn’t look at the pizza my wife worked 10 hours handed it to our children and literally went to bed. Saw this morning it wasn’t what we ordered. So today when I remembered to call cause I saw in the morning that she had given me two of the wrong pizzas they were regular crust and we don’t need that because it’s just too heavy I called to tell her that I was handed the wrong pizzas, she asked me to bring the product back started yelling at me, her tone was so NASTY!!! the most obnoxious unprofessional human being she could possibly be gave me the wrong number for the owner so that I would just sit on her phone rang and rang and rang over $12!!!!!!! We work our tails off and I deal with people every day and never in 1 million years would I treat anyone that way over $12 I don’t treat anyone like that over thousands of dollars I just cannot believe that in a town that is known for its “sweet and kind southern people” We had to deal with such a wretched beastly human being for absolutely no reason other than to just be nastyshe looks like she acts we work our tails off and I deal with people every day and never in 1 million years would I treat anyone that way over $12 I don’t treat anyone like that over thousands of dollars beware!!!! she looks like she acts!!!!! Rude AND UTTERLY OBNOXIOUS BEHAVIOR!! I work hard for my money and after working 10 hours my pregnant wife goes here to bring food home to my family I just simply wanted to get what I paid for!!!??? We are professional people. Definitely not used to this disrespectful way of doing business!! I am now now bringing the two pizzas back to her next day how disgusting! Because no one is going to speak to my wife like that!!! Have never been so disrespected for no good reason! NEVER GOING BACK!!! Go somewhere where PEOPLE ARE TREATED LIKE...

On a Saturday night youd expect this place to be stocked and organized. Hot and ready? No. Waits and more waits...Ask for a classic and they say none is ready but the more expensive options are. I saw this repeat itself as 4 other people went after me and were told the same thing. Worse, they yell back and forth inside this tiny store. Front guy was screaming..Out of crazy bread! Out of cheese bread! So while you're waiting you get to hear constant screaming from the front to the back. Talk about an UNPLEASANT experience! Suggestion: get your staff headsets so customers don't have to listen to loud yelling while inside your small space establishment. I NEVER write bad reviews but honestly the whole experience at 615pm last night left my ears hurting, frustrated and annoyed. Others were annoyed too. As small business is important I feel the owner should know what's happening. Hot and ready promise...on a popular night..should be delivered on. And for the love of God...when people are crammed in their waiting for their orders...find a different way for the front house staff and back house staff ro communicate besides screaming and...

Tonight around 8:00pm. While waiting for our order an employee named “D” or “Dee” got extremely aggressive with a customer after the customer asked why it was taking so long and asked for a manager. He threw sauce at the customer, the customer then pushed the sauce back over the counter at the employee. D then followed the customer outside screaming and yelling threatening to fight. He then went back inside while still screaming at the customer. Other customers then stepped in and helped to de-escalate the situation. The employee then threatened to get a gun. After the customer left he then spoke about how he knew who the customer was from the order and threatening to continue the issue, he was also heard on the phone lying to what is assumed the store manager.
