Both of my headlights went out on my 2008 Chevy 1500 when it was almost dark outside. I went to Advance Auto first worried a fuse had blown, to which he shrugged and said "let me see" (there was one other person in the store). After asking an employee to look at my fuse box and assist me with finding the fuse I went outside and back to my truck. No one ever came outside after waiting quite a while. Frustrated I left, and went to Auto Zone down the road. Not only did they come outside, determine the fuse was fine, remove my headlight bulbs (disassembling the necessary parts to do so) go back in and get new bulbs and replace them, the employee stayed over his normal time to be off work. I was so relieved knowing that it wasn't the fuse or switch and how much it could have been at a dealership just for an appointment. The fact someone was willing to help and not give up after it was almost time to be off work, joke around in freezing rain, and be a good human being says alot, especially after I couldn't get any one to even come outside and take a look....

Stopped at Auto Zone in Weaverville NC today, and I was approached within a nanosecond by Auto Zone associate Aaron. I told him I was needing a replacement headlight for my Fiat 500. Since my Fiat has over 225,000 miles, I’ve obviously shopped for headlights before. That said, today is the first time anyone has ever inspected my bulbs by actually going out to the car and physically removing them before purchase. With bulbs in hand, we went back into the store, he made multiple recommendations, and ultimately set me up with some LED bulbs that I never thought would work in my vehicle. After the purchase, Aaron went back out to the car with me and installed the new bulbs and even did a little battery work per my request. Really nice guy and he offered me great service! With service levels going the wrong way these days, I believe when great service is received it should definitely be applauded. That said- GREAT JOB AARON...

Had my battery conk out on me at an Airbnb nearby just as we were headed back home a few months back, brought it here and had the BEST experience with Jorden L. I wish I could take my car here every time something was wrong with it, because he did such a great job of replacing the battery while also sharing his very inspiring and beautiful story with us. He was polite and personable and all around a great guy with a lot of love and beauty in his heart. We walked alway feeling incredibly touched to have come across such an amazing person in our travels. If you ever get a chance to go here and meet him, you can rest assured that your car will be in good hands and your soul will come out feeling a little brighter.
