98% of the time this store is amazing with wonderful staff. Today, there was a woman who was letting a random guy have his dog in the store. The owner was outside sweeping for some reason, I guess doing HER job. When the owner of the dog was rude to me, I was upset entering the store. I got my items and went to the register line. The dog was scaring me and was in my personal space and the cashier said is there a problem? I said yea this dog, I don’t want it touching me. She said it’s a service dog and very nice. As the owner was outside and nowhere near the dog, most intellectual individuals would realize it is NOT a certified service dog. I said it is likely an emotional support dog, when the cashier Melisa, “one month as a manager” said I was as wrong. She again insisted the dog was nice. It does not matter, people abuse “SERVICE DOG” verbiage daily. The girl made it seem like the dog was more welcome in the store than me. She did nothing but argue with me about how the dog will always be a welcome guest in that store. Hoping I hear back from someone soon about her behavior towards paying customers, flat out unacceptable to treat customers with...
Read moreThere's been a few times (more than 3) that I've been in here and the parking lot looks packed! But inside there may be 3-4 customers. 🤷🏻♂️. But when they are busy it seems like there's only one employee working the front registers and either the line is 4-7 people long and with typing in their rewards phone number and the transaction it takes longer than normal, or. The thing I HATE THE MOST I'd when I'm standing in line and a second register opens and somebody that just walked in steps behind the one person at the newly opened register and the other people paitently waiting in line basically get cut in front of and the employee just takes care of them instead of speaking up and saying these other people have been waiting longer. They need to figure out a better method for customers waiting in line and who gets helped next, weather it be training of employees or a...
Read moreI had a fantastic experience at Casey’s recently, thanks to an outstanding employee named Derek who was working in the kitchen. From the moment I walked up, Derek went out of his way to make sure my needs were met. He was not only attentive to my order, but also incredibly kind and courteous—not just to me, but to every customer he interacted with.
You could tell he truly takes pride in his work and cares about providing great service. The food was prepared just right, and Derek made sure everything was fresh and ready quickly, all while keeping a positive and friendly attitude. It’s rare to see that level of genuine customer care these days, and I was thoroughly impressed.
Casey’s is lucky to have someone like Derek on the team. He made my visit memorable, and I’ll definitely be returning because of the great service I received. Kudos, Derek—keep up the...
