Out of commercial wing options, this is the better. I've been to multiple Wingstops & they're all busy in the evenings with extended wait times. However, I goto this one for lunch. The store is generally steady at this time & you can typically pick up an online order within 10 minutes after the website says its ready. That being said, don't arrive early. On time-ish is your best bet. The sauces are always constant & flavorful. At other locations wings are overcooked most of the time, but the Webster one has always been just right. We order for work: both boneless and bone-in are crisp & juicy. Service is polite and usually frantic. Again, all the locations staff seem to be running non-stop, so I don't think they have a choice but to hustle. Be ready to remind them about drinks of its on your order, otherwise they are focused on the kitchen and typically they are forgotten. Side choices are lacking at the franchise, but have the typical fries and vegetables sticks. The fries are consistently limp (at all locations), but this is standard for fries made of whole potatoes. They do have seasoning options which are well coated. The ranch is great! They have a Coke Freestyle machine, which is usually drained of a few flavors, but this could be the time of day we come in. Overall, again, of the commercial wing restaurants, this is the best of them & the Webster location (at least for lunch orders) is the better of the chain. As long as you are patient, the food will be hot and flavorful.

First and last time ordering from here. Ordered online, gave a time of 16-21 minutes. Fine. Sent H to pick it up. He ended up waiting 10 more minutes for the food. Brought home a stone cold mess. All were “sauced” wings. This picture is just of the ones that were dry as a bone, with some sauce thrown on the bottom to leak out all over the bag and everything else. Fries were soggy, greasy and cold. We are not complainers and my husband HATES to say anything because he’s so introverted. It was not a complicated order, 2 of the specials basket, 40 wings total, 4 flavors. Fries with one, corn with the other. Some veggie sticks (I’m not even talking about that part being wrong). 41 bucks total for carry out. To top it all off he said the staff was super unprofessional, messing around, talking about sports and not helping anyone. Was almost empty at 7:30pm on a Sunday night so honestly no excuse there. Next time we will wait to the BOGO special night at BWWs cause this is garbage.

First time ordering and pretty disappointed, food room temp, order delivery which I get sometimes the food will lose temp but the fries were cold because they came in an open basket (pic above). One would think if you ordered delivery they come in a closed container to keep the heat in a little bit more. Also why do your pics online look nothing like the fries that were delivered. The wings were ok. I wish I would have ordered from somewhere else. Will not be ordering from wing stop every again

This happened Tuesday night 3/18. First off, I was not aware of a special advertised on their window for 70 cent boneless wings on Mondays and Tuesdays. I ordered the 15 piece meal for 2 with boneless wings 2 drinks and I upgraded to the Voodoo fries. She rang up classic instead so I got the wrong type of wing. When I told her that I had ordered the boneless wings the cashier had the gall to say I didn't even after my wife confirmed what I had ordered to her. She also said that the 15 piece meal didn't come with boneless, only the classic, when the menu clearly stated both options were available. My order came to 35.00. I could have ordered the same amount of food and spent a lot less . When the manager showed up, the cashier did not own up to making the mistake and when I asked the manager to make my wings boneless as i had ordered instead of classic and charge me the correct amount, I could have easily saved about 10 bucks off my order and ahs the same amount of food. The manager just just looked at me and refused to do anything. Absolutely...

Walked into this Wingstop location and waited in line. There was one lady ahead of me when I walked in who was completing her order. As I was waiting, a man came in and stood to the side by the pick up counter. When the clerk was done taking the order for the woman, he did not acknowledge my presence at all, and went straight to helping the man that came in after me. When I told Him that I was there first, he told me that he didn’t know who was there first. He and the other employees seem to find the situation which was even more infuriating. Typically, when a clerk does not know who’s next, they’ll say “who’s next?” I understand that the man was there to do a pick up order however I was there first. His order had not yet been paid for so he had to step in front of me in order to pay for the meal that he called in advance. Even still the acted like he didn’t know that he had skipped me. And it doesn’t help that the man was white and I am a bock woman. so it appears that this location is a...
