Marble Slab Creamery — Restaurant in Webster

I ordered a cake online for my nephews birthday party. It was originally suppose to be a small classic cookies and creme cake for $26.99. I didn't add anything custom to it. When I arrived to the store, She went to the back to retrieve it. The cake I ordered was a lot smaller than I anticipated. Luckily, they had ice cream cakes for sale in the refrigerator and they had a medium one that was labeled $36.99. The cake I originally ordered was the exact same cake-just in different size. I asked the lady If I could buy the medium cake instead. She told me she had to call her manager to ask about the price. I was quite confused since the cake was labeled $36.99. When I asked about it, she told me since I ordered online, the price is different. They wanted to charge me $42.99 for this cake that was labeled $36.99!!!! Why would I pay more for a cake than what it was labeled for... that makes no sense to me. She then preceded to tell me she could give it to me for $39.99. I really felt cheated and didn't feel like arguing since I needed to get to the party. I will never order from here or Marble slab again. Don't go here unless you want to be charged more than what...

We were here Wed Aug 3rd @ 9:50. We walk in & planned to order our kids ice cream to go but were immediately met with a rude employee who stopped us as we're walking to the ice cream to say um we close at 10...So I look at the time & tell her well it's 9:50 are you going to be able to serve us?..The rude employee looks at us with disgust & says UGH I guess. She served us 3 ice cream with attitude & eyerolls. My son asked for toppings on his & she continued with the eye rolling & says UGH & making grunts the entire time! She should've stayed HOME if she doesn't like her job!! We will never be back to this location because of the rude customer service! Please do better when hiring employees! The employees here are extremely rude. I love marble slabs ice cream but this particular location is terrible. I've been here twice and scolded both times. When I entered, I waited for 5 mins before anyone came out. All of the doors to the ice cream were open, so the ice cream was very soft. I asked if I could have two flavors in a small cup. She said no it had to be in the medium and scooped it out. I was confused because other locations allow this. So I asked as politely as I could "oh are you sure"? She immediately yelled at me and said "what do you mean? I work here so I know!" I decided to just leave instead of pay for a half melted and over...
