McDonald's — Restaurant in Webster

Usually nice service and no issues but not today. When making our order the cashier made a mistake with one meal putting it as just the burger instead of the meal like asked which wasn’t a big deal because it could be fixed. Had nocked a star off of original rating because nearly all the employees that have come out on the floor have been rude to many customers. Was with family and sat for a while with them and they were giving out the table number things but kept screaming out the receipt numbers instead of taking it to the tables like they do when they usually hand out the table numbers. They would realize that they had a dine in customer and find what table number they were given and go over to them, shove the items onto the table then loudly and rudely say “we’ve been calling you for a while!” and run off. They did this to several people including some that had children that they were trying to entertain while waiting on the food. Every time that I’ve been in a McDonald’s that has these table number things they usually bring it out and say “thank you” and they did that for maybe three table’s but were acting rudely to...

Let me preface this with I'm only at McDonald's because of pregnancy cravings. I'd prefer something else for lunch typically.

The people at this location are super rude First I ordered at the kiosk, put in my request best I could - 3 sauces and a 10 piece. They deliver to my table, slide the tray over my ketchup, only got 2 sauces, I go back to also for the 3rd and get told very rudely "we charge for a side of Mac sauce normally but I guess I can do it for you this once". Fine whatever, get more ketchup and go sit down to eat. 5 minutes later the lady comes to sweep under my table repeatedly bumping my bench and table shaking them. I'm reading a book and ask if I need to move, she says no this is just sticky and not coming out. She continues to sweep.

When I go to take my tray, the cup won't fit vertically on the trash bin hole. Sadly I had to leave a little mess , it was either leave cup on table or spill down the front of...

So awful. They absolutely keep the drinks on the counter for who knows how long before they send them out of the drive thru window. My drink had no ice and was filled to about an inch and a half below the top of the cup. Husband's drink was the same. Bought a McFlurry for the kids and it was half full as well. Burger had old yellow lettuce and everything was kinda cold. I WILL NOT GO BACK! I would be that person and contact corporate but they conveniently forgot to give me the receipt. I called the store to tell them how awful it was and they first tried to say no order existed. THEN offered to remake it after I pointed out that surely I would not have to go dump the food the garbage in front of them. I get it's McDonalds, but there is no reason to just be so careless. No, I didn't get the remake. I prefer cold food to spit...
