When this store opened at Waverly we were over excited , we are only about 8 minutes away. The excitement was short lived. Stopped going there all together because food was never fresh, order was always wrong. Even when we tried to dine in often we would have to return our food because it was cold and stale. I was going to be home alone tonight and decided to give it a try, even though I was getting it to go I went inside to order. They had one customer eating in and one ahead of me waiting to order. He stood there waiting for someone to come take his order, we could see one person wandering around at the other end of the counter and she saw us but made no indication that she knew we were there. After a few minutes a young lady appeared from around the corner down by the pick up area and realized she had two customers waiting. She took the first order and then before I placed my order I asked if the chicken was fresh fried and hot, she said I keep it fresh. I placed my order, two piece white meat with cold slaw, Mac & Cheese and a. Biscuit Paid for my food and headed home to enjoy Bojangles meal. What a disappointment, cold slaw cold, chicken cold and dry as if it had been sitting out all day, Mac & Cheese Luke warm, biscuit cold, needless to say most of it went in the trash. If that had been the first time it had happened that way I probably would have thought it was just a bad day, since I have experienced this several times before I just didn’t want to go back to try and have it corrected, it just appears to be the way things are handled at this location. Read moreThis location used to have great customer service. I visited the location to get breakfast for me and my fiance and was greeted with rudeness. I went through the drive-thru and I could not hear them or understand them because of the speaker. When I was trying to clarify what I was getting I was giving an attitude. She finally asked me to pull around so I can do the order. When I got to the window I had ordered a Cajun filet biscuit with cheese . However that did not complete my order but to her it did. She slammed the door and didn't ask me if I wanted anything else. When she told me how much my order was she did it with an attitude like I was bothering her, and at that point I didn't feel like I needed to give them any more business. So I'm writing this in the McDonald's drive-thru that's right down from them. Read moreDecided to use the app to save time. However, when I arrived to pickup my order I was informed that they were out of grilled chicken which was 2/3rds of my order Grilled Chicken Sandwiches. If this had been the first time I could have excused it. But this has happened 4 of the last 5 times I have tried to order the grilled chicken sandwich from this location. I just don't understand how a restaurant that only serves chicken can't keep grilled chicken for a grilled chicken sandwich. Furthermore, when I got home with a regular Bo's chicken sandwich it was so spicy I couldn't eat it...To me there is no excuse for this to happen. I ordered using the app and it let me order 2 grilled chicken sandwiches. Only to be told they were out 15 minutes later at the restaurant...It continues to happen and due to that I do not visit this location or any other surrounding in south Charlotte because they never have what we want to order...It is a shame.
