This is one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been in. They’re constantly out of products. Usually I just accept an alternative but this week when they were out of bagels I decided I didn’t want something else instead. I asked for a refund and the woman serving refused to give me one. Her response when I initially asked for one was “oh no no no”. I responded by saying I didn’t receive any products so I wanted a refund. She told me she wouldn’t do it because I used the app (this is simply false as I’ve had orders refunded on my app before or received my money back in the same situation). When again I asked for a refund she said she wouldn’t give me one and if I had a problem with it to contact customer service. Read moreToday, I asked medium coffee with milk and sugar. I almost waited for 10mins to get a hot coffee even though everyone left before me. Finally they gave me a coffee with cream. I told this is not what I ordered. Then they made again, but it tastes like sugar water and looks like they poured water with sugar on a tiny left over coffee. I told them, but the worker mentioned he used milk.This is worst experience I had in dunkin donuts. They think I don't know what dunkin donuts coffee taste like? When I asked if they could simply add coffee or something to take some of sweetness out. The lady told me that “they made it right” and that I’d have to pay for more coffee to go into my drink that THEY put too much caramel in!
