Every single time we order from this Domino's, they mess up our order. Anything from wrong ingredients and missing sauce to completely forgetting a pizza. When I call they give some excuse and say they will get the pizza out to us but it won't be here for 45 mins. We already waited 45 mins for the original order and then have to wait another 45 mins for a pizza they missed. On top of that, I always request to speak to a manager and they are just plain rude (the manager). Call me old fashioned (I'm only 37) but what happened to good customer service?! Especially from a manager. Thankfully another Domino's store opened up close by so we will never order from the Wellington store again.
UPDATE: My husband called back to speak with the manager after finding out they messed up another order AND the manager (Alex) was rude to me on the phone. Alex raised his voice at my husband and spoke over him, urging him to "come down to the store" and not allowing my husband to get a word in. So, my husband went down there. Alex proceeded to raise his voice and even had the audacity to cuss at my husband right in the store in front of other customers. He (Alex) did, absolutely NOTHING to deescalate the situation. In fact, he proceeded to escalate it. I only hope the franchisee owner reads these reviews to see what type of manager they have working for them. Both my husband and I own our own businesses and would be absolutely mortified if an employee ever spoke to a customer that way, regardless. It's...
Read moreThis branch has been going downhill for so long it’s beyond disappointing. My partner just ordered from them and his food was enjoyable. As for mine, I got the simplest thing you could get. Alfredo pasta with mushrooms. That’s it. When making my order they added chicken with it saying nowhere on ticket “add chicken.” I don’t know who needs to hear this but lay off the weed. That should have been the easiest ticket to complete but was somehow messed up this badly. I am ALLERGIC to meat. Read that again, ALLERGIC TO MEAT. I have Alpha-gal syndrome, my stomach acid doesn’t make the correct chemical components to break down meat. Therefor I get violently sick from it, I can’t eat around it, I can’t pick it out of my food, I can’t even have the grease touch my food or else I get beyond sick. It’s not that hard to work at a restaurant with a small menu. From working in a kitchen since I was 16, kitchen work is no joke. It’s not easy but with working in a kitchen, nothing should leave incorrect. But whoever worked the night shift today needs to SERIOUSLY stop smoking weed at work because obviously they can’t handle it like a normal kitchen...
Read moreI was not feeling well this weekend and decided to surprise my kiddos with pizza last night as they had to fend for themselves all day on Sunday. Overjoyed they both had a couple pieces and since I didn’t want to touch their food I put the pizzas (box and all) into the fridge. I came home from work just now to pizza boxes torn up all over my floor. Puzzled because I knew I didn’t leave the empty boxes on the counter as I sometimes do. Well, apparently your pizza is so good my dogs are obsessed and actually opened my fridge to get to it. They touched nothing else, any it wasn’t a resent job as all of the door items were room temperature. The boxes obviously tasted just as good with your fabulous garlic butter from the crust. My kiddos are going to be so upset later that they don’t get any pizza leftovers, but I will just have to get them each another. My old man dog lived his best life today, and now just keeps...
