McDonald's — Restaurant in Wellington

Wow! Wellington McDonald's SKIP IT!!! THE night shift lead has ABSOLUTELY NO PEOPLE SKIILS! sadly, I was a bit shocked as I told him McCopCo was gonna hear of this. An thar his KVS screens weren't to exceed 3mins in the drive through so my 15mins wait for some chicken nuggets, dry burnt double cheese burgers an whelp no slaw fries that didn't even get into the bag was BULLSH** YEP 15MIN!!! an I was told that it's 10pm an that every car in the drive through went to wait in the front parking lot, as if I knew because u was stuck at window 3 while all the other cars drove past me. I told him I wanted a full refund, and he refused and told me thar all customers must wait long times at night. inremined him her isnt fallowing policy or procedure if it was more than 3 mins in the drive through, poor kid had deer.in the headlights look, whwn i explained yes i know the rules as a former McDonald's manager myself. He just kept being rude, saying he doesn't care if i notified corp or his store manager, So I did him the honor of telling others here too! But I told him that the bottom line is 15 minutes and is definitely inexcusable! To be honest, I didn't check the bag before driving away, I was tired and irritated. Have visited in the past.. normally service is quick and friendly.. this time I went in.. no one waiting at the counter.. the drive through had cars in line .. but no one in line at the counter!! Waited 5 minutes.. to order.. the lady bagging orders looked at me said something to the fry lady.. they laughed.. and went on about what they were doing... a few more minutes went by.. I ask if the counter was open.. she said it will be a minute.. I could use the menu board and order in the lobby.. I just want to order and leave.. not learn how to work at McDonald's.. so after a total of ten minutes in your lobby and no one can to the counter.. and three employees seen me there.. and spoke to me.. I walked out and went to burger king .. I have always stopped at this McDonald's when I make a turn around to Cheyenne to denver... I will rethink that.. fast food is getting to high to get rude service.. or want me to do half the work.. I came in.. stood at the counter.. there was a reason... the folks in the drive through are no more important than the folks that got out of their vehicles and walked in... you want my money.. treat me with respect.....

I ordered a latte and waited over 20 minutes..( last Sunday around 1030 am) the staff was tending to the drive through and the lobby guests (roughly 12 of us waiting ) grew impatient and started requesting refunds.

The young blonde girl and the manager were going at a pace as if the place was dead.. and the young one was making rude comments to her co workers...the staff working the food line were just standing around and not rushing at all. The people next to me said this place is always like this so I'm not sure what the problem is.. from what I saw it's management.

The chunky blonde manager working looked miserable and had zero cheerfulness.. I'm sure she wanted to cry..people were very upset but she wasn't organizing the staff AT ALL.. causing everyone to get up and leave.

I would consider having a McDonald's corporate rep come out and re...
