I ordered ahead on the app and had my food delivered to work. The funny thing is, I told my coworker I ordered JJs so when she took break she did too but her lunch was before mine so when her food arrived, I thought it was mine! My food was on time and fresh! The driver was polite and well kept. Which makes me feel good. I donât like eating food from greaseballs. Itâs kinda gross thinking about whoâs making your food when they look unkempt and greasy or smell. Anyhow, Iâd like to comment on the store as well because I have been going there for years. Itâs always so clean and friendly and popping. When I go in, they all know me and they ALL say hi. My food is always fast. In fact, I donât know where you can go here in town and get friendlier service, with fresh food this fast. Not a greasy burger place! đ They bake their bread all day long. So, itâs always super fresh. I never have a bad experience at this store! In fact, Iâve been to other JJs in WA state and they were filthy and poorly run compared to the Wenatchee store. Way to go Wenatchee!...
Read moreThese guys are all advertising...and it almost works. They work hard to keep the shop clean and inviting in front and in the open kitchen in back. They are all dressed up in bright red polo shirts and make food with a kind of team spirit that's very focused and high energy. All around you are little advertising signs with clever zippy catchphrases like "Free Smells" that are sort of fun just on their own. The place has a very modern blonde wood and black metal color scheme that's very appealing.
But the food just isn't there. They have maybe a dozen different sandwiches, all of them are cold salty meat on hard bread. With competition like S.S. Subs and Dilly Deli in town, that just doesn't cut it. Heck, with a couple of Subways and a Blimpies in town, that just doesn't cut it.
Now I love turkey sandwiches, so every once in a while I get lured in by their nice ambiance and espirit de corps--but I really shouldn't. There's plenty of much better sandwich...

I didnât experience any issues with my order or customer service in any way so I was not let down there. However I was disappointed that nearly every employee, preparing mine and many other customerâs food, had their masks down so that their noses were exposed. It doesnât seem like a big thing but we are lucky that Covid is becoming less of a threat in the community but itâs good to remember that while theyâre working they represent an entity and that was not a good look. Meanwhile every customer I observed was wearing their masks correctly. Letâs just remember to protect each other!
Thanks again for the sandwich, always...
