Called in a lunch order around 11 for pickup at 12. Got into Lemolos (after driving around the block 3 times to find a parking spot) and they were super busy. Understandable since the lunch rush. After waiting in line, I said I was here to pick up my order, I watched the lady check my order and she said okay everything's here and gave me the bag (which I trusted because ya know, its literally her job?). I walked down an entire block back to my car to find an entire sandwich was missing. I walked back in, got the sandwich, back to car, back to office. My coworker who ordered the missing sandwich opened it, and it was not even what I had ordered. My other coworker got a rotten (brown and mushy so gross) pickle with her sandwich, and my sandwich was soggy, wet, had soft mushy tomatoes, browning lettuce and spotted brown avocado. This lovely lunch cost me about $55. Are you serious Lemolos? I have been coming here my entire life, but it had been a loooong time since. I honestly don't think I would come back If this is the food they're now serving and charging what they do. Super disappointing.
