We tried Pinnacle for the first time last night. We were met with warm greetings, and servers who were quick to make suggestions. The staff is outstanding, and I particularly appreciated the one to one contact with either the manager or owner. The atmosphere is relaxed, fun, and a great location. The selection of beer, cider, and seltzer was great. My friend ordered the pretzel…winner! The sauces were outstanding! I ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich (they call it something else). This is where there were issues. The dish consisted of pizza dough that had been folded over, with the BBQ chicken inside. The flavor was overwhelmingly spicy. Like I couldn’t taste the nuanced flavors over the heat. I asked for regular pickles, and they have a serious kick. The dish needs something to balance the heat, the ratio of bread to filling adjusted, and greens in the sandwhich for crunch. Sadly, I wouldn’t order this again. BUT! The manager/owner came to our table and asked about my meal, to which I asked if he wanted my honest opinion. He was eager to hear my thoughts, and said they are working to dial in the dish. He took my comments to heart, and agreed that tweaks are necessary. I loved the interaction, and the personal attention given without making me feel like I was whining. I’ll be back for sure, new restaurants need time to work out the kinks. But 10/10 for service, timely delivery of food, fun environment, personable waitstaff, and an overall...
Read moreI've been here by myself and with family and the beers have been great! The place itself is nice and roomy with space to hangout. There's a great beer selection, along with some local ciders, some wine and NA options.
The food was great but a bit steep on price for what it is, but still tasty nonetheless.
A few suggestions from my visits would be you've made these incredible beers, please have a beer list with more detail about each! Us beer nerds love to know what hops, flavor profile, adjuncts or any other cool details went into each.
We also thought the kids play area is a great addition, but unless you're at the one table next to it, you likely have unsupervised kids there and come summer when that garage door is hopefully open you may not wanna deal with kids escaping to the road. We thought swapping the kid area with the couches on the other side could be great but then again not everyone has kids and we get you don't gotta cater to them and their families at a brewery, just my .02
Either way it's great to have a new spot in town working on their craft, I'll definitely be back for a...
Read morePeter!, my friend you have outdone yourself with this establishment! When you get to the front door you hear lively music and opening those doors you are impressed by the space. Looks like a small space at first but coming in you can tell it’s meant for quite a bit of people. Looks like this is going to be my new favorite spot with delicious food and obviously amazing beer! Had a sip of the Pilsner but went with the Pinnacle Hazy IPA. Everyone come and support...
