Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Wentzville

I have, on several occasions, tried to call my order in for pickup. The phone rings about 10-12 times then a terribly loud beep occurs. I drove to the store went in and it sounded like a party was going on in the kitchen. A young lady came out to take my order. I asked her if they ever answer their phone and she just shrugged her shoulders. I sat and waited for my order and noticed how dirty the lobby was. The pickup area where you type in your name and a warming drawer opens and you get your pizza out, was very dirty. The lobby floor was dirty. The cooler case for sodas was very dirty. The glass front door must have had signs glued to it and the signs were taken down but the glue is smeared all over the glass door. Several of prices have been changed and paper has been taped over prices. The 15 minutes I was there waiting for my order the kitchen staff were very loud, snapping each other with towels and the only one that appeared to be working was the young lady who took my order. This visit will be my last. I hope someone goes in there and cleans...

There are two things this place sells. One of those items is a pepperoni pizza with pretzel as the dough. And the other is a terrible pizza. One of those you can get any day of the year and one of those arbitrary comes and goes.

Lil' C, get it together man. I know this may be rough to hear. But you know what else is difficult? Chocking down that dough of yours you call pizza crust. I've done plenty of the latter so you can sit here and listen to what the people have to say...

You need to get hip with 2024, I've already modernized your name. That was the hard part but I think I nailed it. Well I know I did. ALL you have to do is put pretzel crust on the menu permanently. It has earned a spot to be there and the people want to see it. If you need to make room on the menu literally take anything else off. Hell take it all off. Nobody will care. All we want is to see the GOAT shine from that menu board in all its glory.

So im aware this little Caesars has gone through a few ownership and management changes and that staffing has been an issue for multiple food venues but you should still expect a certain amount of sanitary practices. While I waited for our pizza I saw the employees in the back playing around throwing flour and stuff at each other then I witnessed a girl checking her make up playing with her hair that was very long and not pulled back like a couple more girls there long hair not pulled back. But, after this girl did all that she then started working on preparing food without washing her hands after touching her face and hair. I had already paid for my pizza before witnessing these things so I took my pizza home, It was supposed to be stuffed crust. I uploaded the picture of the so called stuffed crust. I know that even if I were to bring it to someone's attention nothing would be done because so many of these places are short staffed so these young folk feel they can do whatever they want and go...
