I have lived here for 35 years and have been to hundreds of Starbucks locations in America and this is the worst you will find and im not proud that it's in my hometown. There are too many times ive gone here I can't count and I just had enough that I wanted to write this review which no one at Starbucks will probably have enough in them to read and make actual changes. Just to name a few things - Ive sat in 30 min plus lines here multiple times. Every time I go here they seem to be more than enough people to make drinks fast enough. But they like to make people wait. They just don't care. And im talking its everyone. I get not liking your job but geez is anyone overseeing or have any goals to succeed at this location? This morning they told me they have 3 hours left for cold brew to be ready that was at 7AM when people need their coffee the most. There is no excuse for a coffee place to be out of any products or not have them ready when the doors are open. If they made my drink wrong they act annoyed. It's hit and miss but it's always a miss with me. I have started driving out of my way to go to a Starbucks off Bryan Rd. In Ofallon because I have better experience getting my drink in a reasonable time frame and still make it home faster even though this one is only 5 minutes...
Read moreI have went through many many times before and my Vanilla Bean Frappuccino has never been messed up. I order a small(I can never remember what their sizes are unless Im looking at the menu) the lady didn't tell me my total. Went around to the window the lady asked cash or card no biggie I handed her my card then she told me the total after she ran my card, I apologized told her it was suppose to be a small not a large(I can't drink that much 😂). I was told to late it couldn't be fixed which I knew was wrong but didn't want to argue. She handed me my drink I started driving away cause we all know how long the drive thru is. I took a drink and thought I was crazy they possibly couldn't mess up a vanilla coffee. Sure enough it was vanilla with triple hazelnut. I called up apologizing and telling them my drink was wrong seeing if I could come back and get it fixed I was told extremely ignorantly "We don't mess up our drinks here" and then she hung up. I will probably never go to this location again, I get it customer service jobs aren't for everyone but there needs to be some customer service lessons taught...
Read moreMost of the employees here are pleasant. However the manager Corrine, is very rude, incompetent, & unprofessional. The store is always filthy. Counters and tables are always disgusting, trash overflowing, liquids, crumbs, empty cups, etc on tables & floors. While I was there, there was only one other customer inside. Seems to me it would be the most opportune time to do some cleaning. No, instead Corrine just stood there rolling her eyes, watching the other employees work to get through their drive thru orders. I’ve been in here several times and have seen boxes stacked in front of the display stands. Not one employee decided to move them as a customer shopped the display for bagged coffee. It was definitely a safety hazard as someone could’ve easily tripped over them. This store needs better leadership. No wonder there’s a high turnover rate at this store. The employees are overworked with lackluster management. Seems to me they’re only concerned with their bottom line & not the cleanliness nor their customer base.
