I visit Juices in Weslaco at least once a week because the food and products are truly excellent, but the customer service is consistently disappointing compared to the McAllen location. At the Weslaco branch, staff rarely greet customers or create a welcoming atmosphere, which makes the experience feel cold and uninviting. Simple gestures like saying “hello” or “welcome” would make a huge difference, yet they are noticeably absent during most visits. I hope management addresses this gap in training and service, because the quality of the products deserves to be matched by the quality of the customer experience.

I love the food options here. This is one of the very few establishments that has Poke Bowls in weslaco. I noticed pretty early on that employees HATE for you to ask for Poke Bowls not sure what kind of work it takes which I really shouldnt have to wonder but its quite apparent that it is not a favored option. I once got a "ughhhh" after requesting via Drive Thru. I know this because its never the same employee im dealing with its often different employees so Im leaving this review after several bad experiences with the customer service. Its very absurd as someone who frequents this establishment to feel like burden to request a meal that is on the menu. The food here always hits and every visit has been wonderful…until today. It took 15 minutes to get our drinks. It took 25-30 minutes to my food, but I had to ask for a to-go box because I had to leave. I went up to the counter to ask why it was taking long for my food to get boxed and the server was clearly distracted talking on his headset or something. There was only 4 customers, including me so I don’t know how I received slow and bad service.
