I had a situation w this store and am extremely upset- back in October! The manager at the time suggested that the magnetic clasp i had on my bracelet was strong enough without the safety chain so i decided to remove the safety chain since it was too big on me!!The next day i lose my $400 bracelet! I went back to the store n spoke to Candace (different mgr) late December-i explained my unfortunate situation and she emailed corporate-well i knew what the outcome was going to be- i took too long to go back and that the mgr had given me other choices 😡 The previous mgr shld not have suggested that the magnetic clasp wld hold!!!
