T.J. Maxx — Local services in Weslaco

I had to return a mattress pad because it kept slipping off the bed when I first put it, I went back with receipt (where it stated I paid cash for the item) and also nothing was missing. Manager said she couldnt give me my money back because it was used once it's taken out of the bag it's considered used so because the company can't get their money on reselling a "used" item they couldn't do a return. I never shop at TJ Maxx and this is my first purchase ever here so it's unfortunate I will never be coming back to the Weslaco, Texas T. J. Maxx located near JcPenney and Petco. Rude clerks, accused me of changing prices on a few shirts and made a huge deal of it and tried 2 embarrass me. There’s one thing I can’t stand-people who take their job way too seriously. TJ Maxx doesn’t give a damn about its minimum wage employees; neither do any other national chain stores, restaurants, etc. They are making millions and paying their employees less than a living wage to do all the work. Stop trying to be a hero, every single one of you ladies has done the same thing if not worse. In the words of Penelope Cruz on BLOW “you fuc#ing hypocrites!!” Not saying I changed the tags but ya know... don’t take your day job...

It was was super packed, there was long lines like crazy & one if my items needed a price check- (i was like, its okay, ill come back later, i dont want to hold the lines further!) she is like, no worries, we will hold it & have a price for y! i left my number, didnt get a call back, i called, they gave me the price & i said, ill pick it up. Came at 8 am the next morning and no1 had a clue & no item!! man, talk about ZERO communication all around from TJ Max. Man, i wonder if their meetings are always this crazy with ZERO direction!
