Southtown Shopping Center — Local services in West Allis

This review is about Chuck E Cheese....Not about Southtown ? Tricked by Google suggestions again.... My friends 8 year old daughter had a great time...It was a Wednesday afternoon and not that busy.. It just didn't feel as energetic or exciting as I'd remembered from the past...The salad bar was not as over the top as it once was... the pizza was slightly above store bought frozen...The service was confused to non existent...Perhaps I'm confusing it with other locations.... I'm willing to return for the children's sake...but, will have to adjust my adult expectations... Please thumbs up if you...

The service is great!! I went in for emissions testing but had an issue with a battery connect (which failed the test). The guy (Chip) was so sorry that there was an issue and told me about the repair needed. Told me it could be fixed right away. Since they didn't have the part, he got it rushed over from another store and fixed within 20 mins. he even gave me a discount on the labor. Such honest guys with great customer service and great manners. Chip even seemed to remember most costumers names when they came in for their repaired car. I need something else done and I am going...

Date of visit: August 17, 2023 Purpose of visit: Krispy Kreme The shopping center was easy to find as we had used to Google maps to locate the Krispy Kreme. Easy entry and exit from the corner based shopping center. Did not pay attention to other available businesses at the center as we were only looking for Krispy Kreme. Plenty of parking at Krispy Kreme as you could not enter their building. Disappointing visit to Krispy Kreme as their dining room was closed, donuts had been made much earlier in the day so were not fresh, there were only 3...
