Went here after work for food. The waitress was incredibly rude, to put it mildly. After she took our order, I watched my food sit in the window for a good amount of time. I watched the waitress walk past the food several times before the cook told her the food was up.. My friend asked for more coffee and was told she had to wait until the waitress had time. Mind you it was not busy. After we got our food, I ate half of my chicken before looking down to find that the chicken WAS NOT COOKED! I ran to the bathroom to quickly get it out while my friend asked for a water for me. She again was told she would get the water when the waitress had time. She then informed the waitress why the water was needed. The waitress did not apologize for the error and instead snapped and said it was not her fault. She gave us the bill, I walked up to the counter to inform her that I would not be paying for any of the food, since my friend did not eat hers either. I told her I would only pay for the drinks we had. She rudely stated that my food was removed from the bill. I told her my friend also did not eat her food for fear of it not being cooked. Again the waitress snapped and said it was not her fault. When I informed her it was not about whose fault it was but we would not be eating... she took the bill from my hands and said she would take care of it. I left the building first and my friend was still inside, the waitress waited no time to complain about me infront of everyone. Just to show that I was not being dramatic, I have attached a picture of the chicken... all 3 chicken tenders looked like this. I would not eat here... if not because of the food then 100% because of the service. Please...
Read moreWould rate 0 stars if possible. Had precious as our server. She took over 10 minutes to even greet us which I was understanding about at first. She took our drink and food order in a hurry. We waited....and waited....and waited..... I turned on a timer about 5 minutes after our order was taken. 32 minutes passed and I saw people who came 15 to 20 minutes after our order was placed receiving their food. My boyfriend had to go to the front counter 2 times to ask for a refill on his coffee. We heard precious announcing how she only had 10 minutes left in her shift. Finally a new server came in and greeted us thinking we were a new table. we informed her it had been over 30 minutes that we had been waiting for our food. She went to find out what was going on. Come to find out precious put in everyone else's food except ours even customers arriving well after us. I'm not sure if it was because we were white but I did notice she gave everyone else decent service besides us. Stephanie was the only saving grace during this visit. Even after precious was informed of her major mistake she never apologized or acknowledged us again. She lost out on a 35% tip. Stephanie was was very sweet and accomadating but no manager apologized or did anything. I reached out to management and corporate and no response has been received to my complaint. This is super poor customer service at this location and issues need to be addressed accordingly. Stephanie was amazing but everything else was trash. An incoming server should not have to deal with the mess ups from the previous shifts laziness and lack...
Read moreI was an Uber Eats driver picking up two deliveries. My GPS originally directed me to the back alleyway of the restaurant, where I saw two men taking a smoke break (Guy 1: blonde locs, Guy 2: Bucks hat & a beard). As I entered the front of the building, there were no staff inside although the building was being occupied with guests. I wait a couple minutes & drive to back of the store again and notify the two men I’m picking up two Uber eats orders. The guy with the Bucks hat tells me it’ll be a couple minutes because he’s trying to finish his cigarette. The orders were not ready, although the receipts were already placed on the counter, indicating they were aware there were orders that needed to be fulfilled. After returning from outside, the guy with the Bucks hat didn’t wash his hands or put on gloves and proceeded to place someone’s Mozarella sticks in a container with his bare hands. The guy with blonde locs didn’t greet the couple that entered after me or ask how could he start their meal. He just pointed at the 1st person and stared at them until they began placing their order. He didn’t say anything the entire time nor did either one of the men check on the other tables that were already occupied by other people. I witnessed a customer that literally had to chase the guy down & ask him for condiments. Very disgusting and unprofessional to say the least and this is coming from someone who didn’t...
