Taco John's — Restaurant in West Bend

I'm leaving my review the way it is because I had Taco johns for the first time the other day I didn't have a good experience the staff didn't seem to like their job and you could feel the vibe was just off and their attitudes could have been more professional but what really got me is that I had asked them to remove the chipotle sause from my crunchy beef burrito they failed to do that so I shrugged it off and I gave them the benefit of the doubt until tonight I ordered the same thing but this time I got one of those apple things that looks like a Mexican pizza it was decent but the burritos still had chipotle sause on them and then I got no crunchy strips like what the heck I was looking forward to that especially because I just got off shift for the night so I wanted something good for dinner i am disappointed and to top it off I have acid reflux so the food tore my stomach up I'll be speaking to the manager the next time I visit this location there's a lot of room for improvement (update) the potato ones are too salty and the food once again has no flavor and I'm dissatisfied if you frequently eat at this restaurant I would recommend that you request the oles to be lightly salted other than that the oles do not disappoint however with the other food the ingredients something needs improvement bc flavor is everything other than that I love eating at Taco John's and their cherry Pepsi is the best for fountain like omg I am...

They’re supposed to close at midnight and unknowingly, I drove through the drive-through super late which I was reminded when the person on the drive through speaker said they were closed. I looked at the time and when I saw it was 11:58 I asked her what Time they close and she said midnight. I said well it’s not midnight yet and she said yeah well we’re closed. She did not have an excuse and was very rude about it. Obviously, they were probably slow and she cleaned up everything and wanted to go home early.. It would be understandable if she was more kind about it And explain the reason more than “just because”. I went out of my way to drive to this location as they just open it up as a new restaurant. Just because she wanted to go home early made it very inconvenient for me. I will not be coming back to this taco John’s and I’ll make sure lots of people know about the unprofessionalism From. I’m assuming the manager. I hope the owner sees this and even though I know it’s impossible these days I hope she gets taught how to respect her customers more being in the service in. It’s really sad how this is how workers are nowadays and they all demand more money which they’re not even worth what they’re getting...

The main reason I ordered from Taco John's was because it's new in my town and I never had food from Taco John's. I wanted to avoid the long lines in the drive thru and order lines inside.

I ordered through maps, and Postmates, my order was delivered by UberEATS. I ordered the grilled soft taco combo, which came with a small drink. I ordered a large Potato Oles.

Be prepared to be charged for each side, sour cream, nacho cheese sauce, and guacamole, all 1.49 each.

Potato Oles were the star of the whole meal. They are just coin sized tater tots, crispy and tasty. I heard that Potato Oles are the star of Taco John's. I guess they don't want to disappoint.
