I walked in to this establishment and it was reasonably busy. There was sign indicating seat yourself so I quickly sat down and grabbed the menu. It was around 11:45 am and I was interested in breakfast so I read the menu and it appeared that it might have said they didn't serve breakfast after 11:00am. The waitress came over and asked what I would like to drink so I requested a coffee, I then asked for clarification on the breakfast policy and she indicated that the time limit was only on the specials. She then asked if I needed a minute and I confirmed that I did need some time to decide. The waitress walked away and got the coffee and came back to my table. By the time she had come back I decided on what I wanted to order. I asked the waitress about a specific item on the menu (an egg breakfast offering with meats and hash browns) Most restaurants with an egg breakfast offer you a choice of meats so all of them aren't usually offered with the meal so I inquired if this was the case. She didn't understand my question so she went on to say oh yeah you can just choose what you want. I said no... I just want to know if it comes with all of these or do I have to choose one or the other because it doesn't say or between any of these items. She repeated herself indicating that I can choose to which point I said, so if I don't want to choose and can have all of them, would that mean I get all of them? She then looked at me perplexed and said.. you can get all of those items I was just telling you that you can choose... So I then said ok I would like all... she then just sat there... so I said all again... she still just sat there looking confused... I said all again and she was like... oh you want all?? And I was like... oh my god... I just said all 3 times... So she said sorry and walked away... About 6 minutes go by and she enthusiastically pours my coffee and proceeds to tell me how she thought I said oh which is why she was confused and she said it in a reasonably forceful way as if I was being unreasonable getting upset about having to repeat myself 3 times and her still not understanding me. The part of the whole experience that made me the most ill is the fact that the coffee had a strong iron taste to it which the earlier coffee didn't have... So I can only venture to guess that this vindictive employee did something to the coffee and then poured it out after serving me. So anyways... moving on... I then went to pay for the meal and when I paid I took a picture of the receipt such that I had proof that I gave her no tip. The lady behind the counter saw that I was trying to snap a picture but she tried to snatch the receipt away from me anyways so I had to tell her to wait. She saw me take the picture but then had the audacity to ask me if I wanted a copy of the receipt... as if she didn't notice me just take a picture... You have to love the service that you...
Read moreIt really disappointing to have to post this review but we probably will not be ordering from this business again. I work in the area so my co worker and I order from here a lot and lately the food hasn't been fresh and good. Today I ordered 2 salads with grilled chicken and the chicken we got was hard and unchewable. Unfortunately we had to wait till our next break in order to call and complain and the lady who answered was April and told me she had to talk to the owners to see about replacing or crediting us for the food. She got back on the line saying the owner refused to credit or replace both salads that they would only do 1 and normally the would only credit for the chicken which made me think this is a regular accuracy with them. I explained again that the chicken was so bad that it had to have been old and or cooked so long that it got hard and why are they serving food like that. I understand that we live in a new covid world but that doesn't mean you shouldn't appreciate your customers intact you should go out of your way to keep your customers. I have gotten a few bad meals from them and didn't complain but today was the last straw. I don't have money to waste on food no one will eat. The lettuce was brownish and litterly there was 1 tomato on the salad it was truly a disappointing lunch especially when you are at work trying to please other ppl and you take your break grab food/spend money on and end...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. The absolute worst food I have ever bought from this Leo’s and the manger was anything far from understanding and nice. Also the amount of grim and dirt in that establishment is nasty, especially after working in the restaurant industry for 7 years, and knowing the standards you should have for a clean BOH & FOH.
Our whole lunch was completely ruined. Ordered two coney dogs with cheese, well done fries and two cups of lemon rice soup. Fries were cold and soggy and the hot dog .. well not sure it was even a hot dog. Tasted like burnt beef jerky stick and was as thin as a sharpie. All received no spoons or crackers for my soups so slurping it was fun.. not.
When I called to let them know how horrible this whole experience was and ask for a credit of my whole order since pretty much everything was ruined the manger offered me an $8 credit since the soups was the only thing we could SLURP down without a spoon..the whole lunch order was $17. She then said if I wanted to bring up the half eaten food she would remake or give full credit of the order but refused to give me the whole credit to have my whole lunch remade if I didn’t. This would have been an option if I wasn’t already back at work from my 1/2 lunch.
