Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in West Bountiful

What I appreciate the most about this store is the owner's personal, sincerity to ensure that ALL of the customers in the store have the best possible experience. I had a situation that I would consider extremely rare just based off my impressions of the store, and I wrote in about the experience. The owner was very prompt to address my concern, contacted her team, took full responsibility, and will provide coaching for the situation. She truly did do an exceptional job to ensure that my experience would be the best it possibly could. The store is VERY clean, put together, and the staff was incredibly polite and friendly. Seriously, the owner's sincere response and resolution to a situation with just unfortunate timing was first rate, and I gladly endorse her leadership and her store. I appreciated that greatly and would gladly continue to go back in the future. [The cake tasted great too by the way. More importantly, you will be treated with 100% satisfaction...

I had never tried this place but always wanted too, I am a huge cake junky. Between the poor service and dry cake. Kind of disappointing. I come in and I am greeted as if I was disturbing her space. I tell her it was my first time here and she looked at me with a straight face and replied “and” I asked “how does this work?” She had this attitude that almost made me just walk the F out of there. But I stayed in hopes that the cake is worth it. She couldn’t even help me identify the flavors they had. I couldn’t read the little display signs very well. So I just got the ones I could recognize. Carrot cake and red velvet. Carrot cake was alright. Not the greatest. The red velvet was pretty bad. It has all the food coloring and no chocolate and you can taste it. It was like eating play dough. If the service wasn’t so terrible. I would probably go back and try them all. But not worth being...

Very poor experience tonight. First time here and never to return. First review the cake. It is amazing, obviously or there wouldn't be multiple locations, however as a personal preference the icing is way to sugary, actually leaving me with a stomach ache. I feel if they did more cream cheese and less sugar it would be a lot better. My reason for never returning is the service. Manager sitting in back room on personal phone call while underage untrained girl helping all the customers. My little girl really had to go potty and of course it's a private bathroom that no one can use not even a 6 year old girl jumping up and down. Let's get over that, we are having a family outing and buying 5 cakes and need napkins and forks. She replied sorry I can not give them to you but you can buy them. Really, buy forks and napkins, has anyone ever heard...
