Jimmy John's — Restaurant in West Bountiful

We travel A LOT for youth sports and usually grab Jimmy Johns for a quick meal to throw in the cooler to eat in between games. But I cringe when I have to visit this location.

First there is no drive through which is annoying when you have kids and sometimes dog in tow.

Second every time I order from this location there is a problem. The first time I tried to order delivery for literally a ball field up the street and it wasn't in there area?? So I went to pickup my order and they were out of bread, so it wasn't ready and I had to wait a while. The second time I tried to order on the app and it didn't work, so I called it in. The app states your can choose 8" Original or 16" Giant. I ordered the giant size on the phone but when I went to pick it up and questioned them about the size/quantity they said very condescendingly that they only offer one size. So then I had to wait for them to make more to fulfill my order.

Third I went i and they told me they will open as soon as they have bread? Really?

The customer service here is terrible and they are definitely NOT "freaky fast" like other locations.

This place is ridiculous! I got an order in person and they forgot my brownie. I went back and they told me I could have another for the inconvenience then tried to charge me for it. They were all confused and then said they couldn't do it. They seemed so clueless. The next time I ordered delivery and I just wanted to laugh at the freaky fast slogan. I waited over an hour for it to move to delivery. I called asking if they got my order and they said it just went out and they had too many deliveries. I wasn't sure how they knew if my order went out because they didn't ask about it. Then it took another 45 minutes for it to get delivered. Almost 2 hours waiting for food that if I had known I would have just went and picked it up myself. However, they don't even give an estimate when you order probably because they are supposed to be "freaky fast". If they really can't keep up with demand then they should give a heads up in their app on a delivery time-frame. I really don't think demand is the problem though. Ordered my sandwich at 1:40. One single sandwich, and a drink. At 2:15, the tracker said it was delivered. Checked both of my porches, nothing. My house is about 15 min away from this store. Called the store directly and asked why it said it was delivered when it clearly was not. They said that the driver should have it to me soon, and he was behind. Okay, I get that. Sometimes that happens, but still strange that they marked it as delivered. I waited an hour for my food, and then called again. When I called, they didn't have a clue where the driver took my food, or where it was. Almost acted like I was in the wrong for being frustrated about the situation. Refund will take at least 3 days. They did offer to re-make the food, but just to have it get lost again? No thanks. Skip this store, Centerville one is...
