I ordered the 3 day cleanse on May 5th 2024. My girlfriend that lives in the same town as I do had ordered it as well a few months ago. Being there based in Jersey they hand-deliver it. I was charged $183.50 on May 5th. I was told it would be here on Wednesday, May 15th 2024 in between the hours of 4am-10am. Wednesday May 5th Nothing came! I sent an email and was told that my address is out of the hand-deliver delivery zone, which I do not understand that if you’re delivering to my girlfriend in the same town. I was told through email they would immediately ship it and I will receive it on Thursday. I did not receive it on Thursday. Left a message I called no email no return phone call! Today is Friday still nothing they still have not returned the money. They have not emailed me as well as no phone call. They won’t answer the phone! Do not do business with this company. The green drink was the worst thing I ever drank in my life BUT WHY is it that days after my cleanse is done I am still drinking it?! LOL The first day was so hard for me but in hindsight I must have really had a lot going on in my tummy. I thought that the protein shake and the green juice were a punishment. By the the second day I was having a bad day but could tolerate the diet more. Third day I woke up feeling better than I have in years. It's been a couple days after my cleanse and I have actually continued to feel good and keep the weight off! That never happened to me before on other cleanses, I would always gain like 2lbs back over night. Here I am going back for more green juice and even got my husband on it! I didn’t want to leave one star because they may have products that are good - but I ordered the Strawberry Nana smoothie and was extremely disappointed. I must admit, I thought I was ordering a traditional Strawberry Banana smoothie, and when I mentioned to the employee that this didn’t taste like anything, she said this is what their Strawberry Nana smoothie is. I am not kidding when I say it didn’t taste like anything at all. It might have healthy ingredients, but it tasted literally like water and ice. I threw away a $10 smoothie after a few sips. Would not recommend Strawberry Nana and would recommend asking for a sample if that’s possible...
