Was happy to have this new location open and eager to try the new mobile check-in “fast lane”. Was a complete disaster. I sat in the front spot of the mobile line waiting. 5 minutes ago by. 7-8 cars went through the regular drive-thru and got food. A line started forming behind me in the mobile lane. Another 5 minutes go by. At this point I’ve watched approx. 20 cars get their food in lane next to me. 15 minutes go by! At this point they’re bringing orders out to cars behind me in the mobile lane. But those people can’t leave because I’m stuck upfront blocking them. At almost 20 min. I go up to the kid handing out food and demand an explanation. He said he gave our food away awhile ago and was sorry. They were remaking the order. I explain how long I’ve been waiting and gesture to the people behind me that are impatient and blowing their horns at me and the crew working since they’re stuck. I go back to car and wait more until the guy brings me the food. I quickly scan the bags and there’s zero sauces in there despite us ordering over a dozen. I have to get back out and march back to the window further stalling the mobile lane to request the missing sauces. At this point the mobile lane is at least ten cars long. Somehow even though the order was remade the fries were somehow cold and my sandwich had cheese on it despite being ordered without it. Upon arriving home discovered they forgot the dessert I’d ordered too. The whole ordeal was stressful and frustrating and ridiculous. Unfortunately, this was my first and last visit there. I’ll have to travel further for Chick-fil-A if I ever give them...
Read moreI was really looking forward to this new Chick-fil-A opening since it’s much closer to my office than the one I usually visit. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A.
The traffic flow is a complete mess. I had to sit in the middle of the street for an unreasonable amount of time just to pull in. You can’t access the parking lot the normal way because the drive-thru is so backed up. It’s chaotic and poorly organized.
I originally placed a mobile thru order but ended up switching to an inside pickup because the line wasn’t moving at all. After parking, checking in, and confirming I was at the restaurant, the app said my food would be ready in about 5 minutes. I waited 15 minutes before it finally came out - no apology, no acknowledgment of the delay. There were several other people in the lobby that were clearly irritated by the wait.
The food was fine, but the service and setup were unacceptable. This location is clearly not ready to handle the volume it’s getting. Until they figure out their parking lot and speed of service, I’ll stick with the...
Read moreSo happy to finally have a Chick-fil-A in this area, right off of 75 across from Barnes and Noble and near IKEA. On our first visit, my sandwich was fresh and enormous. The dining room was immaculate, and the service was super fast and friendly. Got to meet the owner and his beautiful family. They seem excited and ready for this venture. You can tell they have a love for the area and the company. On our second visit since opening, we opted for the drive-thru. Zach did a great job taking our order. Staff double-checked to ensure accuracy. Evan worked the window and chatted us up until food/milkshakes were delivered. Friendly staff who take pride in business and service. Can’t be beat! One of the few places you can still get a great milkshake fast. Can’t wait...
