Okay so another week from the below review and this time all of the avacado was spoiled. Lil inedible and sour. Meals missing food. The dude at the drive through was also incredibly rude and couldn't be bothered with anything. Close the doors or fire management and start over.
Waited a bit and come back again. Ashton Kutcher must work here with how much people get punked. A half of avacado in a kids meal for the guac and the dressing for a salad was barely enough to coat the bottom of a container. Lmao this place is run by clowns.
Yet another update: you just hate kids when we use the pick up window. You must based on how bad the food always is for kids meals and how you forget everything or barely fill the food. Cmon.
Another update: This time they just didn't give us food. Like...cmon I know you're shrinking portions but this is insane.
Update: went again and it's even worse. Every one of my 4 meals was missing stuff. Not just wrong but not including the stuff that was paid for. Every meal was also covered in old food. Kids meal boxes, wraps, everything was just dirty so that speaks to how clean the work surfaces must be.
Absolute joke of portions too. I want guac as the protein like give me more then a tablespoon like cmon or on a burrito when I say light sour cream I don't want to unwrap it and pick up to have it pouring out the bottom.
Place nose dived hard. Staff needs a retrain and I need a refund for ordering out and still having to cook to fill the gaps in chicken they just didn't include.
Just close the doors if you're going to steal from the community you want to serve that badly.
Edit 4 stars to 1 : the rice is always crunchy anymore and the pork is so old I wonder if it's safe to eat. So overdone and old it's like crunchy hard and translucent. What a disappointment.
Solid 4 stars. 1 out of 5 times my order is just rough or not exactly what you would call fresh. Overall they do a good job though and the burrito bowls are solid so I'll keep...
Read moreToday my loving wife wanted chipotle for dinner as I have gone so frequently to the store# 7903 west chester near the kroger. But on this day as I begin to make my order, the young male team mate was preparing my food and I noticed they were out of guacamole. I did ask how where they out of it, I was told they just did not have anymore. So I called her to inform that the store was out of it. I then noticed there was guacalmole on the drive through side, which I was then informed it was only for online orders. This was after 8pm I thought I could ask the manager to see if they would sell me a cup of guacamole. The young male team mate goes to the back of the restaurant out comes Jonathan Akins. He stated he was the store manager, I asked him if there any way that I could purchase some of the guacamole. He became upset and stated that it was only for the online orders and that they do things by the book at his store. As I was speaking he accused me of cursing at him and I did not, the young male team member serving even stated that I did no such thing. I was then told by Jonathan that if I kept speaking or didnt like it, he would take my food and I will get nothing. I was so suprised, I work in customer service and I understand it can be challenging, however I was not behaving irrate. I asked for his name and he said my card is there. He embarassed me infront of other customers and the workers there. I advised that I would write about this to the company and he said "I dont care. Its a corporation". I will not be returning to this chipotle. I sincerely feel like some retraining needs to be done on customor service, possibly secret shoppers to see how this store manager treats people. Read moreI wanna start this off by saying I know my face looks like I'm mad all the time. I can't help it, and I try to be as friendly toned as possible.
Today, I did a pick-up order. Went to the drive through, did the same order as I always do. The woman couldn't hear me very well, and I said and spelled my name a few times. No big deal, I work in customer service, it happens! So a younger individual came to the window and asked me my name. I told them. They came back with my order and said, " You marked it pickup at the shelf, next time mark it for the window. Thank youuu" and closed the window door in my face before I could apologize for the confusion. I thought i marked it for the window. The tone was highly dismissive, mean, and downright rude even if the words weren't. This person was rude, I would never treat a customer like that ever. I've had another bad experience before of someone cutting me off when I came to pick up my order and I was apparently 10 mins early when my email said pick up for 11:20 and not 11:30 like the employee said.
I get it. Food service in any compacity sucks especially when you're busy. But I, and anyone else who is a customer, deserves to be treated with respect. I don't deserve a window slammed in my face or to be talked to like I'm a dog. I wanted to apologize, and I didn't even get the chance. I won't be back to this location.
