This is my favorite pizza shop. Have to share a funny story. Ordered dinner for the family this evening which included a cheesesteak. Picked it up with my 12 year old and savored the wonderful smells of my favorite pizza shop. Upon arriving home my son darts from the car with the food and makes a b-line for Fortnite

I start to unpack the food and the cheesesteak is missing. I ask my son. Claims he hasn’t seen it. Call the shop and they graciously agree to replace though certain it had been in the bag. Drive back to my favorite pizza shop. The smells make me want more of their delicious food. Seriously the best pizza around bar none! I looked in the snow and the street where I had parked sure I’d find a “man down” soggy cheesesteak and honestly hoping I find it so I know I’m not nuts!

My favorite pizza shop is again wonderful and replace the wayward cheesesteak. Can’t say enough about these guys

Arrive back home to my son happily engrossed in Fortnite. Deliver the new cheesesteak to my mother in law and as I walk through the living room on top of some furniture boxes is…. You guessed it the original cheesesteak! I ask my son and he has literally no idea why he put it there and has absolutely no recollection of doing so

Ok hat in hand moment. I never for a moment disbelieved my favorite pizza place that the original cheesesteak was in the bag to begin with but also never in a million years would have expected it to be sitting atop old furniture boxes in the living room! So I call New Haven back and share the saga which by this point is truly epic. We had a good laugh and I asked if they would allow me to pay for the 2nd cheesesteak. With a smile you can hear through the phone and a chuckle I was told not to worry about it.

Seriously folks. You HAVE to try New Haven pizza. The absolutely BEST pizza in West Chester and some of the nicest, kindest people making it tick. Thank you for your kindness to an extremely confused man in a Hawaiian shirt on a Tuesday...

This is definitely the best pizza in West Chester... But they always piss me off every time I go there. First of all, when you order take out they don't take your name down. So you go in and you have to tell them what you ordered, and then, it never fails, if you've only ordered one pizza they don't have it. They have what you ordered sitting there for someone else, but they don't have your lonely ticket. Then rather than discussing the mix-up with you, they argue among themselves about how many pepperoni pizzas there should be until they finally throw a new one in the oven... Even though there's one sitting there waiting to be picked up by someone else. This is incredibly frustrating as there is no parking so you're likely illegally parked and now have to wait for your pizza to be made from scratch. I've ordered from here three times and this has literally happened each time. A. Take names, it's not hard, everyone else does it. B. Address me if there's a problem with my order, and apologize for the mix-up. C. If there's another pizza of the same type sitting there unclaimed, give that one to the person waiting and make a new one for the person who hasn't arrived. This is basic food prep 101 - first...

An honest review. If you are looking for a budget friendly pizza option and are not critical of specific details (how good the dough is, quality of ingredients, how it was made) and just want to grab a bite, this place just does that.

I had higher expectations since this place has 5 stars on Google. I ordered a Vegetable Pizza (Large) and the seafood combo. First, recieved the vegetable pizza with a soaked bottom of the pizza. The crust was soggy. I had them remake it only to receive a "warm pizza" with none of the toppings really cooked. ended up cooking for another 10m in my oven.

The crust is simple, no great crunch texture. Cheese quality was low but fine for whoever likes cheesy pizza. the vegetables topped were heavy and uncooked, and if anything I hope this serves as an opportunity for improvement. Also, presentation of the seafood combo was not what I was expecting. Two pieces of fried fish and looks like they digged up anything seafood related in their freezer and cooked it.

I probably will not come back, but overall they do the job of serving food at a budget rate that will get you full, but not...

The menu board said the cheesesteaks are made with 7 ounces of sirloin. That sounded small and since we were in West Chester I went with the small plate mentality and got the special steak. I am glad I did. I knew I was in for a treat when I saw all of that glorious melted cheese. It was like a cheese lava flow carving a valley out of a Conshohocken perfectly baked bread Nirvana. It was very tasty, fried onions, peppers, mushrooms and a little bit of pizza sauce. The meat did not get lost in the extras. Everyone played nicely together. I like my cheese mixed in or on the bottom like a cheesy garlic bread. I still do BUT I loved the amount of cheese and the melt of the cheese. $9.50 for the cheesesteak. Considering it was West Chester and it was tasty I don’t hate the $9.50. The family next to us told us we had to go back and try The Gyro pizza.. Overall very good experience. Nice clean little place. Possibly a different experience when the West Chester students are back.

I want to preface this review by saying I used to live in CT and I have eaten pizza in New Haven and throughout the state so I had certain expectations based on the name. This is very far from what I would consider to be New Haven style pizza. Its very run of the mill ordinary pizza without a true identity. I'm not saying the pizza was awful nor inedible but I will say it tasted like pizza I've had dozens of not hundreds of times in my lifetime from random pizzerias. Many people who go here given it's location probably won't have any elevated or specific expectation and they'll probably leave satisfied or indifferent, but as I explained this pizza isn't indicative of New Haven pizza one bit. If you've ever had Frank Pepe's or Modern then skip this spot. Otherwise give it a go. Its not good nor bad just average at best. The food was reasonably priced and the service was great I will say.

Located in a trendy section of West Chester, PA. Inside was clean & inviting, was wondering what was up the stairs to the left as I walked in. Mozzarella Sticks were piping hot & when handed the bag I could smell the marinara, which means it was equally as hot. Was in & out quick. Upon inspecting the food, the marinara as I expected had exploded all over the sticks, they were swimming… Mozzarella was good, didn’t care for the sauce (too much bay leaf? something) & due to it being all over they were a net not great. Cheeseburger Sub was fresh, plenty of lettuce but lacked meat. The onions that came in it were cooked & sweet, which I am not a fan of. A little salt/pepper might have elevated it enough to almost award 3 stars for the food, unfortunately none was present. Price was decent.
