Being a vinyl nerd, I’m always excited when a new store opens that specializes in music on vinyl. We drove 45 minutes to check out Hop Fidelity and were not disappointed. The shop has a wide variety available and the prices are fair. I’ve shopped in enough record stores over the years to know when I’m being ripped off and what to avoid. I left with several treasures but the best part was how incredibly friendly the owner was. We talked about all kinds of music and what drew him to the business in the first place. Read moreI just visited Hop Fidelity for the second time this past Saturday. Once again, I was very impressed. I like the small shop atmosphere. Easy to browse and reasonably priced plus all vinyl and covers VG+ or better. The store is very organized. The dude behind the counter is very knowledgeable and is easy to talk to. I hate when I go into a record shop and the employees are vinyl snotty. Not here, nice, friendly conversation. I’m from North Carolina but I can assure anyone reading this that anytime I’m in West Chester visiting my son and granddaughter, I’ll come back for more vinyl and a fine local IPA. Easy...

The concept is simple yet brilliant: a record store that serves a small rotating selection of draft beers while you shop. Nestled in downtown West Chester, this place is truly amazing. Byron and Kev are great: knowledgeable, laid back and passionate about their music. I would def highly recommend this establishment to anyone who is into music and enjoys a good pint.
