Delicious! I ordered the ube white chocolate croissant with an iced matcha and my boyfriend had the plain croissant with an iced latte. Everything was outstanding! I usually don’t like espresso but i even enjoyed the sip of his latte. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Great new find for west loop!

What a cute patisserie! I love the green walls and decor - so different and unique. We came here in the afternoon for dessert and coffee after lunch at Guinness. I was blown away by passion fruit tart, chocolate cake, and cappuccino. All very good!!

the staff is super nice and the manager gave me a good student discount, personally I find the green wall vibrant, especially with the afternoon sunlight. the blueberry scone is decent although I usually prefer a harder texture. overall satisfied!

I've been waiting for this location to open in the neighborhood! Stopped in this morning to check out Bittersweet's array of pastries, cakes and coffee and was greeted by the nicest employees who carefully took me through the bakery's items and their own recommendations. Grabbed a passionfruit tart and it's scrumptious - fresh, tart and not too sweet. I'm looking forward to having this bakery close by to pick up treats for friends and family in the future! What a wonderful new addition to the West Loop coffee scene! The Parisian aesthetic is warm and inviting, feels just like a little European cafe. The outside tables are great to sit and chat as well.
