Had an amazing experience here, all thanks to one associate, Madison. She was very welcoming and helped fix a huge problem that not even customer service could fix. I had ordered something online and when it arrived to my home, it was stolen from my porch. I had got in contact with customer service and they were out of one of the items, but they were going to replace the other 2. Earlier today, I received an alert stating that the sender requested the items to be sent back. I found out that the items were damaged in transit. I get in contact with customer service again and they are absolutely NO help. They say the items are no longer in stock in their warehouse. I asked if they could check another store and see if they could put it on hold and I was told they don't do that. (Which is a bunch of garbage because I've worked retail and have been called plenty of times by our online distribution center.)
I called 6 different stores and not one of them ever even looked for the items. They just said they were sold out, even though it says the items were in stock online. (Most online sites will state the item as in stock if they have 3 or more of an item in store in order to fulfill online orders. If they have less than that, the site will say out of stock.)
Madison was the ONLY person that went and checked the back. She was able to fill the entire order that was stolen. Because of her, my daughter is getting the one thing she really wanted for Christmas and I am extremely grateful...

Read moreToday, my boyfriend & I had an awful experience at the West Loop location. Several employees, one named Sierra (spellcheck) who had on a black skirt & white shirt & one tall, bearded gentleman with a green button up shirt followed us around the store. I was too busy shopping to notice, but my boyfriend pointed out the fact that, every time we moved a section, so did these two & they would be randomly touching items in the section to appear to be doing something. Now, as a regular patron of Ulta (you can check my account to see I have been with you all for several years) - I am disgusted by such behavior. Just because a Black couple comes into the store, does not mean they are looking to steal. Not only do we LIVE in west loop but we WORK a block down from this location & we do not appreciate the fact that we were profiled & made to feel extremely uncomfortable.
Ironically, Sierra was the person who checked us out & not only was she rude but she in no way, shame, or form made us feel welcomed to spend our hard earned money at this store.
With that, I would highly suggest that you all stop following customers based on what they look like & actually attempt to give kind & decent...
