Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

went opening day and the place is great. convenient location and super busy during rush hour. only thing that made me a bit uncomfortable was the over-the-top customer service. i was eating my food and one of the workers came up to me and asked me if everything was alright.

although i appreciate the customer service, i did not expect someone asking me if everything was alright while i was eating at a fast food restaurant. it just felt weird but i know Chick-Fil-A strives for A++++ customer service. food is great.

one more thing, because I went opening day, i saw the store Operator / Leader with her husband (overheard him calling her his wife) and there was a bit too much PDA between them as soon as I walked in. both standing alone in an empty side of the store. I understand you're riding a high on opening day but please don't do PDA in front of all...

Ok, they are great now. But im going to leave my hangry review up for amusement. That was when they first opened. But they have been consistently quick and good.

I work in the area and before this spot opened i would go to Starbucks next door for breakfast before work. I would use the app order ahead and be able to get my food and be back to the office with in 10-15 minutes total…. With in a break

I have tried to order from here and every time it takes 20 minutes of wait time after I have checked in… at best. One of the times i had to go back to my office and come back later to get my food.

This past time took 25 minutes and each time i see it does not look busy but what got me was that the staffs orders took priority.

I havnt gotten the typical chick fil a service at this location and doubt i would have time...

I JUST tried to call this location in the IMD (Illinois Medical District) after purchasing food there. I wanted to clarify something that was told to me. I called, finally got thru and the "manager", we'll, they said that they was the manager answered. A Hispanic lady with a (to me) heavy accent. I asked for her name because I didn't hear her give it. She just said "yes". 🤨 I asked for her name again, and she replied the same way with a yes 😡 I then said "I'm asking for your name" and she just sat there in silence and then hung up the phone. So of course I'm super provoked now. Chick-fil-A, it's said that you guys are a "Christian" based company. You NEED to do better in the people you have representing your establishment!!
