So before we go into other rave reviews about this place, here's a summary first: Pro - no clue because I was not able to enjoy their cookies because ... (Read Con) Con - they don't care about small orders. Issue - guy gave away our order to bigger orders (instead of keeping our order aside) even though we pre-ordered it and lied that he didn't see us outside.
Details for the curious mind: People said it is a good place. So we pay upfront and wait 15 minutes for our cookies to get ready because guy at counter says they're out of it and will be ready in 15 mins. Then wait outside because that's how it is here. It's 30 minutes and people that came after us are leaving with their orders of large boxes. We go back inside and guy first ignores us (because he knew he messed up?), then says he didn't see us outside so he gave it to someone else... But we were right outside their door the whole time and he saw us too.
Guy gets annoyed when wife points out he saw us so he repeats the same thing in a louder voice followed with we can cancel if we like.
See, logic (and good practice) says completed orders should be kept aside until picked up, especially when customer paid in-person beforehand. The order could've been kept aside!
So I politely cancel it because he ruined my experience and excitement. I felt cheated. and since he raised his voice on my wife, I don't need to respond to his fragile ego. Also, it makes no sense that my order was given away to someone else especially when I paid first.
A small apology for his mistake could've done it. But obviously $50 is more important...

So just FYI, since it's new, there seems to almost always be a short line. Not a big deal, but just know you have to wait 5-10 mim most of the time. If you like softer cookies you'll probably like these better since they are thick and soft. I personally like crunchy ones. As far as flavors go, I tried each of the cookies they had. The Oreo one was like a brownie in terms of taste and texture with sweet paste (the marshmallow) in the middle. That was probably my favorite. The hazelnut mudslide is a chocolate cookie with Nutella on it. Also pretty good if you like chocolate and Nutella. The birthday cake was ok but the frosting and cookie didn't have a whole lot to them. Just a basic sugar cookie and vanilla frosting. Similarly the chocolate chip wasn't that impressive. I feel like it needed more sugar and more salt. I wasn't impressed by the lime one. The cookie itself was just the sugar cookie from the birthday one with some lime frosting. There should have been lime flavor in the cookie itself or at least make the frosting more intensely flavored. The cornbread one was subtle in flavor, but that flavor was really good and I liked the crunch from the added cornmeal. If you live in the neighborhood and want to just walk somewhere for cookies, it might be worth stopping by, but I'm sure there are better cookies to be had if you go outside the...

When you walking in you're nose is filled with that baked goodness smell. Sweetness, warm dough, spice. It's like walking right into the baker's kitchen. It's a very minimalistic design and color pallet as to not distract you from the main attraction. That sweetness. First off the have weekly changing cookies. This week they had cookie dough, galaxy brownie, and caramel pumpkin. While there were others that are there all the time such as the milk chocolate chip and classic sugar. While there were smaller options how could I not get the big kid cookie 🍪. I got the classic oatmeal and the other 3 weekly flavors. My favorite were in this order:oatmeal, cookie dough, pumpkin spice, and galaxy brownie.
Atmosphere: minimalistic, inside the baker's kitchen, simple Staff: quick, efficient, always on the move Food: hit the spot, each flavor I could give a mini review. Oatmeal: gooey, melts in your mouth, brown sugar. Pumpkin spice: pumpkin spice latte in cookie form. Cookie dough: if you like the ice cream you gonna like this. Galaxy brownie: crisp and chocolate overload. Room for improvement: possibly have notifications of what flavors to expect next week or prices or pictures that face the street entrance.
Excuse my while I...
