Donald's Famous Hot Dogs — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

The quality had definitely changed, the way they bagged my food was they put fries on top of the quart soup but at a side so they spilled out then the lid wasn't put on all the way so the soup spilled in the bag and fries then the hotdogs were just loose on topso getting it out got everything wet. The food like the soup doesn't quite taste the same like it used to. Also my mom ordered a gyro platter they gave her a regular gyro and fries and told her that is the platter which the platter comes in a foam tray not individually wrapped. Also when ordering the quart of soup the drive thru woman gave attitude saying they don't sell quarts of soup which they definitely do she got snappy saying you mean the large soup. There's been mixed experiences I guess it depends on whose working. Sometimes the service and quality of food bagged and cooked is good and sometimes it's just not so great especially for the price increases more often lately it hasn't been the greatest the place...

I came in here at 8 about to be 9 to get some food after work , mind you they close at 10 and as soon as I went in the workers made a face (one specifically) .I ignored it and still looked up at the menu to see what I was gonna order and while I was still deciding all I felt was the workers stare me down which made me feel rushed to order so boom I just ordered anything atp. My order only took like 5 minutes to make and what’s crazy to me is that the guy who made a face while I was coming in all he did was pack my order ??? Which is confusing like how are u mad at me coming in an hr before closing if all u did was pack my order? These workers are extremely rude and made me feel so uncomfortable. They are extremely big and rude idk if they was just hungry or don’t want the hrs. If the owner is reading this JUST KNOW idk if ur workers are hungry, FEED THEM cus of how big they are they def did look hungry or just take their hrs away since they basically don’t...

I liked going here until the owner tried to take advantage of their employee. He wanted her kids social security numbers because she didn’t have a social, but she had an itin number. Which she can file taxes with. He was angrily yelling at her that “he’s her employer and needs to do what he say” and continued to demand HER KIDS SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS. This guys takes advantage of the Latino community that he employs, if he has the ease and nerve to ask her for that private information is because he’s too comfortable doing it and has probably done so before to others. Disgusting, will not support a business that doesn’t support the community in which his business is established. And to top it off, he was refusing to pay her and all this was said with racist...
