Taco Bell — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

I was in the area driving on Western Avenue and spotted this Taco Bell location. I pulled in to its spacious parking lot after seeing 'Donald's Famous Hot Dogs' two-hundred meters away to view its Yelp page. After viewing it; mostly to take a look at what type of food offered I decided on Taco Bell because I already had an idea of what to expect at Taco Bell, plus it appeared empty and new. Donald's Famous Hot Dogs was pretty much your typical hot dog restaurant which I had no interest in. Just throwing it out there, but there wasn't much of a selection of businesses and restaurants in this area. However, your options broaden once you drive more towards Cermak Rd via Western Ave.

All I can pretty much say about my ordering experience and the service is that it was nothing more than average, which is better than mediocre considering that it is Taco Bell. Other than that I was impressed with the cleanliness of its inner interior after I ordered which added comfort while dining in.

I ordered the 'mexican pizza combo w/ 2 beef crunchy taco supremes which came in a timely manner. Always making it a goal to order something I have never tried before at restaurants I'm familiar with, the mexican pizza was definitely something different and it tasted amazing.

Being that I do frequent not that far from the area, a return is possible only if I have a craving for something Taco Bell related while near which is rare now that I think about...

I wish I could leave this place zero stars. Their service here is garbage. I ordered from the app, since it was at like 115 in the morning, get my confirmation, get my bank email saying funds were paid to taco bell, give it a few minutes before I go there because it's really not that far. Show up, dude says he doesn't have my order. I tell him I have my confirmations, he says it doesn't matter, he doesn't have my food. I get irritated and tell him I'm pulling up to the window. I take out my phone, show him everything, he says he doesn't have it, I should call 1800TACOBELL, and that not to worry, if I don't pick it up I don't get charged. I call the number. They are open 8-4 California time. Really dude? You could clearly see him n some chick cleaning inside. Listen dude, I've had craopy fast food jobs. They all suck. But just because you wanna leave early doesn't mean you shut down at 1. Everything on the building, the internet and the app says 2 am closing time. You won't walking out at 2. You stop taking orders at 2. I understand you probably got some beers at Volcan with your name on them, but honestly, you're a douchebag. I should've just gone to Raymond's tacos on Damen. At least they know what...

Earlier around 9:20 my friend went to this location to get food, and she recieved most of her order but they missed an item. We went back to the location around 10:20 to see if we could get their missing item and I wanted more food. They told them that they couldn't pull up their receipt and because the receipt didn't send to her phone she was out of luck (they ordered by kiosk). While they told them this information I finished up my order, recieved it and because they couldn't get a refund nor recieve the missing item, we left. I got home and started eating my food and the meat was mixed up, I ordered a steak burrito and two Supreme tacos. I didn't think much of it when I was eating my first taco but then I started eating my burrito and realized that the meat was mixed. Now I wouldn't be to mad but I was hungry, and tasting a regular burrito when I wanted a steak burrito, just hurts my soul. And realizing that my dorito locos taco was steak instead of regular supreme is enough to make a grown women cry, the taste texture was wierd and wasn't what I expected. Ima still eat it Cause I'm hungry, but now I'm dissatisfied, disappointed and sad.
