I really had a tast for a salad so I stopped at this restaurant. First of all, the staff are unfriendsly, uncaring, and should have all stayed home or for the sake of us customers, quit and find jobs working in a basement far away from customers and any forms of life.
Now to better explain my disgust; I orderd a Southwest Salad with NO, meat and NO dressing. For some strange reason it cost me the same price you pay for the Crispy Chicken Southwest Salad!!! Why??? I asked the Associate at the window why it cost so much and she shrugged her sholders, twisted the corners of her mouth down and said, "I don't know!" The manager happened to come over to the window, she asked him, and his response was the same as hers so I downsized to the side salad which consist of less than a handful of semi-bad lettuce and 2 little grape tomatoes, very poorly served for the price of,$2 dollars.
It's not the price but if, just if, you are going to charge your customers the full price, by all means give them the full meal or dish, served with an appealing presentation like you would like.
Now, to be mean!!!! I am not a fan of McDonald's, my grandson is. I was on my way to work and thought for some strange reason I could make this work for me but as usual this restaurant failed me again. If you want fifteen dollars an hour, give fifteen dollar an hour service, and try giving it with a little smile. Pretend you like youir job. I'm sure your application asked if you worked well with people in some kind of way, and if it didn't it should.

My order was completely wrong so I decide to walk back, but by the time I get back the lobby it was closed. You can’t walk through the drive through so I decided to drive back to get my order recorrected. After waiting 20 minutes I asked lupe to kindly fix my order and she was very rude and unprofessional. She said she would give us the fries they forgot, but we would have to bring back our cold food (to only throw out) to fix our order. I told her my girlfriend could walk across the street to get our order if she really needs it and she then threatened to call the cops even when I said I would wait in an area that would not cause traffic.
I will never visit this McDonald’s again it is truly disgusting customer service after going here for the last 3 years living across the street.
Lupe needs some training because she does not care about the customer. Read moreI literally gave then a 4 star review yesterday because my coffee was perfectly made. 24 hours later my coffee is wrong and the customer service is terrible. I've included pics of my previous order and the previous review.
When I pay for extra caramel I expect to see extra caramel. It's been pretty consistent across locations. Yesterday was my 1st time getting it from this location and they did it correctly. Today, WRONG! I paid for 2 shots of espresso. There's no espresso in my coffee. You can immediately taste espresso and all I tasted was sweet coffee. I also paid for 3 caramel drizzle. There was no caramel on the side of my cup like it usually is. There was a small amount on the bottom. I asked the lady at the window where is the caramel. She pointed to the small amount at the bottom of the cup. I was in a rush so I did not have time to argue or dispute what EXTEA CARAMEL meant. If wish I'd tasted it before I pulled off because I would have most definitely argued and disputed that there was no espresso!
