Taco Pros River West — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

Food was ok, nothing to ever go back to their locations for though, but do have to warn people in case anyone gets sick and more importantly to prevent anyone from getting sick, that the women's bathroom (probably the men's, too) had absolutely NONE/ZERO tp in either stall or the cabinet in there, and also ZERO soap in the soap dispensers. The bathroom was also filthy and the toilet bowls looked like they've never been scrubbed (with a mold ring in the water.) All of this is a reflection of how these restaurants are run, kept clean, and stocked, if they don't even have the bare necessities, and how is the staff wiping, & washing THEIR hands after they use the bathroom, then handle food, etc.? Is the kitchen equally filthy? Probably. I ordered a taco dinner with rice and beans, it was horrible, one taco only had tomatoes, another taco the meat hanging out the shell none of them had lettuce and tomato American style as I had requested. The beans were under the rice and it had lumps of white cheese in it under the rice. I been ordering from them all year and I went thru a lot to get my taco dinner. I even found a kernel of corn in the tray spot were either the rice or the beans should have been. Not to drivers mistake it wasn’t messed up because it was tossed around or miss handled. Who ever put it together did not care. And when I called and told them about it they told me I didn’t know what I had ordered from and I got the receipt. We came to the neighborhood for a different restaurant that wound up being closed, so we decided to try out Taco Pros… Best choice we could have made! I got some barbacoa tacos and a steak quesadilla with a drink. The man running the register was very nice and quick with taking the order. Within minutes my 3 buddies and my self had food coming out, hot and ready to be devoured! And within minutes we were ordering more food after slamming the first round!
