To my review the food was great but the hospitality in this store was trash, especially when you get singled out for looking different from the rest. How do I start this and keep it short; I asked what food do they have, and I got the cold shoulder. The guy in front of the counter hands me a menu and provided the bare minimum service even though itâs my first time being there. I ordered my coffee and food, and he just hands me the plate. I noticed everyone else was served at their tables, and I was never provided this service. Even people that ordered less items were served properly at their table. I had to grab my coffee myself cause he âlooked busyâ. I also realized that everyone there was provided a ceramic cup with their coffee, even the people that ordered after me, but I was served with a to-go paper cup. This made me feel as if he didnât want me there. I understand I may not look the part of the âhipster crowdâ, but do better. I even gave that guy a tip when I shouldnât have - he didnât deserve it. I...

A Santa had walked into thrd then, so I did it for him on a warm September morning. And, after getting the ring and a half cup of coffee w/cream from Lily, the manager, I ambled over to Chris and Mallory, doing my âschtick,â with some carefully plotted statements Chris had given me. Mallory sat shocked and mesmerized, until it was time for me to deliver the ring to Chrisâthen, sheer and utter joy spread on Malloryâs face as she said âYes!â to a future with Chris! Lily took photos, but I soon faded into background. Mission accomplished, the day was Chris and Malloryâs! As for thrd, it had a very clean and âcrispâ look to it. The baristas (2) were busy, but smiling. The half cup of coffee I had tasted full-bodied and flavorful. I will one day take MY bride there, so Mrs Claus and I might order...
Read moreWe came to thrd to meet a friend and ordered two Oreo lattes, an empanada, and a turkey sandwich. It cost us about $45 for these items, which felt ridiculously expensive for so little. They were out of the cheese for our sandwich so we settled on a tuna melt, which was just fine. The empanada was sitting in a case and warmed up to Luke warm temp and wasnât very good. The lattes had me so excited, but they were soooo disappointing. There was nothing special about them and they tasted overly milky and were room temperature as though the milk wasnât even steamed. I promise Iâm not exaggerating⌠the milk wasnât room temperature. The service was fine, but nothing special and the ambiance was cute, but not super inviting. I would be very unlikely to ever come here again. They have potential, but seem like they just donât care about their service or the quality of what they offer and they very very much over charge for the...
